Study On The Mechanism Of Rabbit Hair Shedding And Its Spinning Method

In this paper,the performance,production and use of rabbit hair were studied.It was found that China is the country with the largest production of rabbit hair in the world.The annual output of rabbit hair is about 10,000 tons,the proportion of rabbit hair production in the world is very high.Rabbit hair fibers have the advantages of fluffy,light weight,good moisture absorption and warmth retention.The surface of the fabrics is smooth and soft.At the same time,due to the smooth surface of rabbit hair,small crimp number and friction coefficient,and poor cohesion,the rabbit hair fiber has poor spinnability,leading to serious hair loss of rabbit hair fabrics.In order to better solve the problem of hair loss of rabbit hair products,the properties of rabbit hair fibers were tested,including the longitudinal and cross-sectional morphology,fineness,length,crimp property,strength and elongation performance and friction performance of rabbit hair fibers,and compared with cashmere fibers.The results show that the compact scale layer of rabbit hair fibers makes the surface of the fibers smooth and the cohesive force between the fibers is poor during spinning.Although the higher proportion of medulla layer makes it have excellent warmth retention,the shape of square hollow steel with cavity in medulla layer also causes the characteristics of low breaking strength and less crimp of rabbit hair fibers.The two properties of rabbit hair make the crimp,stretch and friction properties of rabbit hair fibers inferior to cashmere fibers,which is the main reason for the high hair loss rate of rabbit hair products.In this paper,rabbit wool yarn is spun by coating spinning and aggregated sirofiel spinning.HKV141D-? type wrapping machine is used for wrapping spinning.The wrapping degree is 300 cycles/m and the pre-tension is 15 c N.Improved JWF1510 JM Siro Compact Spinning Frame is used in the aggregated sirofiel spinning.The draft ratio is 65.6 and the twist is 80 twists/10 cm.Chemical filaments are made of 70 D polyester filaments.The properties of rabbit wool yarn were tested and analyzed,and compared with ring spinning rabbit wool yarn.The results show that the breaking strength of rabbit wool yarn spun by aggregated sirofiel is 174% and 26% higher than that spun by ring spinning and coated spinning respectively.The evenness of rabbit wool yarn in aggregated sirofiel spinning and cladding spinning is inferior to that in ring spinning.The yarn structures of ring spinning rabbit wool yarn,covered spinning rabbit wool yarn and agglomerated sirofiel spinning rabbit wool yarn were observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope.The surface and internal structures of three kinds of yarns were explained,and the yarn strength and elongation properties and wool shedding properties were explained.However,polyester filament can reduce the neps and hairiness of rabbit wool yarn spun by aggregated sirofiel spinning and cladding spinning,so the neps and hairiness of rabbit wool yarn spun by aggregated sirofiel spinning and cladding spinning are obviously less than ring spinning yarn.The spinning yarn is knitted on a knitted single-sided circular knitting machine,and the anti-pilling and anti-shedding properties of the fabric are tested and analyzed.The results show that the pilling grade of ring spun rabbit hair knitted fabric is 3,and that of coated and agglomerated sirofiel spun rabbit hair knitted fabric is 3.5.It is concluded that the ring spinning rabbit hair knitted fabric is qualified,and the coated yarn and the gathered sirofiel yarn rabbit hair knitted fabric are first class.The average wool loss of rabbit hair knitted fabrics by three spinning methods is in the order of ring spinning rabbit hair knitted fabrics > clad spinning rabbit hair knitted fabrics > agglomerated sirofiel spinning rabbit hair knitted fabrics.The rabbit hair products produced by ring spinning,cladding spinning and agglomerated sirofiel spinning were evaluated by means of grey near-optimal synthetic judgment method.The breaking strength of yarn,breaking elongation of yarn,number of neps,number of yarn hairiness,anti-pilling grade of fabrics and drop rate of fabrics were taken as the test performance indexes of rabbit hair products.The results show that the properties of rabbit hair products made by three spinning methods are agglomerated sirofiel,coated and ring spinning respectively.
