A Study On Worksafety Regulation Of Small And Micro Enterprises In Jinjiang

Safety in production is the basic guarantee for the healthy development of social economy and an important factor for social stability and long-term development.Small and micro enterprises play a very important role in the national economic and social development of our country.They are an important part of the work safety management in China,and even determine the overall situation of safety in production.How to improve the safety production management level and effectiveness of small and micro enterprises has gradually become one of the focuses of government and academia.Small and micro enterprises have a special position in the private economy-based Jinjiang,regardless of the number of units,the number of employees,or the total amount of the economy,accounting for nearly half of the city's economic development plays an important role,its safety production situation determines the basic aspects of the city's safety production situation.This paper discusses and analyzes the present situation of safety production management of small and micro enterprises in Jinjiang City by using the methods of literature research,normative research and empirical research.The study finds that the safety production management of small and micro enterprises in Jinjiang City is based on the overall safety production work of the whole city.Measures such as perfecting the responsibility system of safety supervision,strengthening the construction of safety supervision team,promoting the implementation of the main responsibility of enterprises,establishing the system of hidden danger investigation and management,and strengthening the education and training of safety production are taken to promote the continuous completion of the management system.Good and safe production is stable.At the same time,the problems and reasons of safety production management in small and micro enterprises in Jinjiang City are expounded and analyzed by using the theory of government regulation.It is pointed out that the main responsibility of enterprises is insufficient,the level of grass-roots safety supervision is not high,the safety risk of high-risk industries is prominent,the emergency capability of safety production is insufficient,and the supervision of departments is insufficient.The problem is not in place,and the reasons for the problem are analyzed concretely.Based on the experience of safety production management in Beijing and Shenzhen,and combined with the problems and reasons found in the study,five suggestions are put forward: innovating safety production management mode,implementing specialized safety production management,promoting economic industry promotion and planning,and improving safety The production emergency management system and the perfection of the administrative accountability system for safety production will promote the improvement of the safety production management level of small and micro enterprises and promote the stability and good orientation of the overall safety production situation in the city.
