Bearing is the basic part of machinery,widely used in various kinds of machine tools and transportation.To a certain extent,the manufacturing technology level of bearings reflects the technological level and competitiveness of a country's manufacturing industry.And the improvement of bearing quality mainly lies in material and production technology.At present,cold rolling forming process has good compactness of workpiece because of its non-metal fiber cutting and calendering forming.The advantages of grain refinement have become the main process of producing high quality bearing ring.Bimetal composite materials have the advantages of two different materials.Under different working environment,the advantages of each group of elements can be integrated to make up for the deficiency.The ring cold rolling technology is used in the production of bimetal composite bearing rings,which is of great significance to improve the service life of bearing rings.Taking the inner ring of deep groove ball bearing 6006 as the research object,the finite element model of cold rolling is established based on ABAQUS software.The distribution of stress and strain field and metal flow during cold rolling forming of G20CrNi2Mo/40 Cr bimetal composite and monometallic material were analyzed.It was found that the stress distribution of bimetal blank was more discontinuous than monometallic blank at the interface.But the metal flow law of different blank is similar.The radial displacement of inner wall metal is greater than that of outer wall.Through single factor analysis,the effects of driving roll speed,initial feed speed of core roller and the ratio of blank wall thickness to roundness error,equivalent plastic strain uniformity and wall thickness uniformity of the forming bearing ring are studied.It is found that high speed of driving roller,low initial feed speed of core-roller and close wall thickness of overlay and substrate can improve the forming quality of the ring.On the basis of this,the multi-objective orthogonal test is carried out,and using range and variance analysis method,the optimum process parameters of bearing ring forming quality are obtained,that is,the drive roll speed is 17radr/s,the initial feed speed is 1.0mm/s of mandrel and the wall thickness ratio is 0.71.Among them,the influence of the initial feed speed of the mandrel on the forming quality of the ring is significant.In this paper,the forming mechanism and feasibility of cold rolling of bimetal composite bearing rings are determined by studying the forming technology of cold rolling of bimetal composite bearing rings.It is of great significance and value to research on forming the part of bimetal composite.
