Cold rolled strip is a kind of deep processing products.It has been widely used in such as the automotive industry,metal packaging industry and household electrical appliances industry.As the important part in cold rolling mill,cold rolling bearing has the ability to provide a stable capacity.The running state plays a vital role in the whole cold rolling nuit.Because of the terrible working state,the lubrication condition of bearing oil film presents a nonlinear time-varying characteristics.The friction and wear state has been a research focus of scholars in this field.Especially in recent years,due to the abrasion of bearing parts,the burning accidents happened frequently.Therefore,it makes an important scientific significance and engineering application value for the study of the key technology of the safe operation of cold rolling bearing.Funded by the National Natural Science Fund(Grant No.:50775072)and Baosteel scientific research projects,the research work has been carried out.In order to solve the online burning accidents of cold rolling bearing,the research work has been carried out.Based on the AMESim software,the digital prototype model of the cold rolling mill hydraulic servo system has been established.The dynamic gain compensation methods in the process of rolling have been studied deeply.Based on the sensor measurement and control technology,the online monitoring system of hydrodynamic lubrication feeding conditions and the offline measurement system of clearance have been designed and developed.The methods of preventing online burning accidents have been provided benefiting from the monitoring data.The research works in this paper are as follows:(1)The variable gain control method of hydraulic servo system under the variable oil column height has been proposed.Based on the digital prototype model of cold rolling mill hydraulic servo system,as the virtual test platform,the dynamic response of rolling force has been simulated.This method has provided a useful guidance and reference for the field debugging of cold rolling unit.(2)The variable gain control method of hydraulic servo system under variable rolling force has been proposed.Based on the digital model of cold rolling mill hydraulic servo system,as the virtual test platform,the characeristics of speed regulation of loading state and unloading state have been analyzed.This method makes hydraulic servo system has the same speed characteristics in loading and unloading state,achieving the constant flow controlling.(3)The push-up cylinder position error problem between operation side and transmission side has been studied.Based on the digital prototype model of cold rolling mill,by changing the setting parameters,the failure phenomenon has been simulated.(4)The new measurement methods of hydrodynamic lubricant feeding conditions and bearing have been proposed.In order to grasp the state of hydrodynamic feeding conditions and avoid online burning accidents of oil film bearing,a kind of online monitoring system has been developed.This system has the ability to monitoring hydrodynamic feeding pressure,feeding temperature and feeding flowrate simultaneously.Also,a set of offline clearance measurement has been developed to grasp the assembly clearance.The above two systems have both been installed and verified in the industrial field,effectively improves the monitoring level and maintenance technology of cold rolling bearing.(5)The cold rolling mill risk assessment model based on fuzzy algorithm has been put forward.Based on the fuzzy logic and Mandani algorithm,and using the expert knowledge as the standards of fuzzy rule base,the risk assessment model has been established.This model provides an effective decision platform for the quickly determination of bearing operation condition.With the simulation analysis and engineering validation,the proposed new variable gain control methods have been applied in the process of cold rolling unit.Shortening the debug time and improving the efficiency of the unit operation.At the same time,the online monitoring system of hydrodynamic feeding conditions and offline clearance measurement system both meet the application requirements of industrial field.The real-time data obtained from the monitoring system is real and reliable.And,these data have been used as input parameters of cold rolling mill risk assessment model,which provides a solid engineering foundation for rapid judgement of unit running state.Based on the above research results,the methods of variable gain control methods,the methods of online monitoring method and offline clearance measurement method have been taken as the core technology.And has the characteristics of practical,reliable and advanced technology.
