| In the past four decades of reform and opening up,China's rapid economic growth has amazed the world.However,along with the rapid economic development,China's economic development has become increasingly extensive and the contradiction of pollution and environmental problems has become increasingly acute.As the foundation of national economic system,countryside and agriculture have immeasurable influence on economic and social development.Social capital promotes and improves social efficiency through cooperation,helps to reconcile the contradiction between economic growth and environmental protection,and can optimize rural ecological environment governance.According to the theory of social capital,scholars at home and abroad have made great achievements in the research on social capital and rural ecological environment governance.However,foreign scholars' researches are mainly based on the social background of western developed countries,while domestic scholars mainly focus on the national or regional studies on the relationship between the two,without selecting representative county cases to study the impact of social capital on rural ecological environment governance.How will social capital affect farmers' participation in rural ecological environment management? Is this impact different from that in developed countries and leads to a greater difference in the extent of rural eco-environmental governance? Is the influence of social capital on the participation of heterogeneous groups(different gender,different income and different educational background)in rural ecological environment governance consistent? This forms the theme of this paper.The study of this issue is helpful to better understand the role of social capital in China's economic development and social transformation.Based on the above research background,this paper,in accordance with the "social capital,to promote farmers mutual trust and cooperation,to actively participate in the governance of the rural ecological environment research train of thought,in a June 1,2018-on 20 June 594 rural household survey data of Xinye County,using the research of social capital and the relationship between the governance of the rural ecological environment.The findings of this paper are as follows: social capital has a significant positive impact on farmers' participation in ecological environment management.Further research shows that the influence of social capital on the participation of different groups in rural ecological environmental governance is heterogeneous,and there is a significant positive impact on the participation of women,low-income and loweducated farmers in rural ecological environmental governance.Positive effect on male,but is not significant.The effect on farmers with high income and high education is not significant.Therefore,it is of great significance to use social capital to promote rural ecological environment governance in rural areas where development is relatively backward.The following Suggestions are put forward: 1.Strengthen the construction of rural cooperative organizations.Strengthening the construction of rural cooperative organizations is only conducive to the derivation of social capital.2.More human capital should be invested in rural areas.Studies have shown that there is a significant positive correlation between positive social capital and human capital in rural areas.Strong human capital can effectively enhance the value of social capital.3.With the aid of induced by public opinion and policy support to strengthen the implementation of rural social capital level of ascension,make it clear to the farmers to protect the environment,the true value of the development of circular economy,know the true meaning of reasonable utilization of agricultural waste resources,let farmers on the concept of change,to the deep comprehension,effective utilization of agricultural wastes can create environment,social and economic aspects of comprehensive benefit. |
