The excessive temperature drop of molten iron will cause great heat loss,which will affect the subsequent pretreatment process and steelmaking process.If the temperature drop of molten iron is serious,there will be problems such as loss of molten iron tanker,increase of energy consumption and decrease of metal yield,and thus reduce the efficiency of ironmaking steelmaking.Many factors will cause the temperature drop of molten iron,but when other objective factors such as blast furnace tapping temperature,torpedo tank refractory material and molten iron quantity are fixed,the most important factor affecting the temperature drop of molten iron is the running time,because the time factor is throughout the whole cycle.This paper analyzes the relationship between the time and temperature drop of each stage of the iron-steel interface for the temperature drop data of the molten iron in the ironsteel interface of a steel plant in Shanghai.This study focused on the main stages of empty tank mode,iron receiving stage,pretreatment process,iron pouring process and transportation waiting.The SAS software is used to integrate and process the original data table,and the new complete data set is obtained through the functions of software import,extraction,calculation and horizontal and vertical combination,and then research and analysis.The data analysis and analysis of the various stages of the iron steel interface are as follows:The longer the pre-rotation cycle of the torpedo tanker,the greater the temperature drop of the molten iron in the tanker.The increase of empty tanks,iron,pretreatment,iron pouring and transportation waiting time will lead to an increase in temperature drop of molten iron,an increase in temperature drop,and acceptance of iron > pretreatment >waiting for transportation > pouring iron > empty tank.The temperature drop rate of the empty tank is 1.6 ?/h,which is obviously smaller than other stages.However,from the overall data,the time span is larger than other stages,the time span is 1.5-7.5h,and the average length is also 4.3h.In order to reduce the temperature drop,it is necessary.Reasonably arrange the empty tank time of the torpedotanker,effectively reduce the empty tank time and improve the utilization rate of the torpedo tanker on the premise of ensuring economic benefits.The temperature drop rate of iron is increased to 30.90 ?/h.Although the temperature drop rate increases the most,the overall working time of the iron is not long.The time span is 27.5-47.5 min,and the average length is 34 min.The torpedo tank is required to be filled with molten iron.A complete process reduces the difficulty of receiving iron and makes operation difficult.Pretreatment,pouring iron and transportation waiting are the main temperature drop stages in the heavy tank operation mode.The "triple process" of the pretreatment process is an exothermic process,but the overall temperature drop still exists.The pretreatment temperature drop rate increased to 18.88 ?/h,but the overall process time of the pretreatment was not long,the duration span was 17.8-37.5 min,and the average length was 28 min.The pretreatment process requires sufficient time to complete the chemical reaction and the time is not easy to control.The temperature drop rate of the inverted iron increased to 3.68 ?/h,the duration span was 25-65 min,and the average length was 42 min.In a steel mill in a steel factory in Shanghai,there is no one-to-one correspondence between torpedoes and ladle.Each ladle receives more than one molten iron from a torpedo tank.At the same time,the molten iron of a torpedo tank is poured into 2-3 ladle.This means that there is a double pouring of iron during the pouring of the torpedo,and even three times of pouring iron,which not only increases the time of pouring iron,but also increases the waiting time,causing the temperature drop to become larger.Therefore,the temperature drop of the torpedo can be considered for its complexity,rather than a simple one-time iron success.The waiting temperature of transportation is increased to3.50 ?/h,the duration is 75-195 min,the average length is about 140 min,and the time span is large.The temperature drop is very heavy in the heavy tank mode.The heavy torpedo tank should be reduced in heavy tank transportation.Run time in the process to reduce the temperature drop.
