Research On The Construction Of Industrial Elite Team In The Founding Period Of Baotou Iron And Steel Company

Baotou iron and steel company is an extremely large iron and steel joint enterprise established by the state in the minority areas during the period of the first five years plan,and important achievement and typical representative of China's socialist industrialization.elites are the core force to promote industrialization.So the establishment of Baotou iron and steel company is greatly benefited from the organization and cultivation of industrial elite.By collecting and sorting out relevant documents and archives,this paper analyzes and studies historical materials by using historical research methods such as literature research and case study in order to clarify the basic situation of industrial elite construction during the founding period of Baotou iron and steel company.Based on the analysis of relevant literature and archives of Baotou iron and steel company,the author divides the construction of industrial elite team into two stages:1953-1956 the stage of mainly imported of industrial elite,and 1957-1966 the stage of independent cultivation of industrial elite.Baotou iron and steel company was generally in the stage of preparation in the previous stage,during which the construction of the elite team presented a basic situation of "input first,cultivation second".in the latter stage Baotou iron and steel company was generally in the stage of large-scale construction,during which the construction of the elite team presented a basic situation of "cultivation first,input second".The construction of the elite team is the premise of industrial elite output during the founding period of Baotou iron and steel company.The output of the elite of Baotou iron and steel company not only provides talents for China's industrialization,but also further expands the influence of Baotou iron and steel company.The main body of this paper is a staged analysis of the construction of industrial elite team during the founding period of Baotou iron and steel company,which is an analysis of the construction of industrial elite team in the two stages(Inputting & autonomous cultivation)of Baotou iron and steel company.In addition,this paper also gives a briefoverview of the construction of Chinese industrial elite in the two special historical stages of1840-1949 and 1949-1956.Finally,the paper also gives a brief description of the basic situation and influence of Baotou iron and steel company elite outputting.After the study of this paper,the author finally reached the following conclusions.On the one hand,the construction of industrial elite team in Baotou iron and steel company can be divided into two stages: importation stage and independent cultivation stage.However,in each of these two stages,the construction of the elite team of Baotou iron and steel company has both input and independent cultivation.Due to the different subjective and objective reasons in domestic and Baotou iron and steel company,each stage of the construction of industrial elite team in Baotou iron and steel company has its own emphasis.On the other hand,throughout the whole process of the construction of industrial elite team in the founding period of Baotou iron and steel company,the development and growth of the industrial elite team of Baotou iron and steel company mainly benefits from the independent cultivation inside Baotou iron and steel company.Independent cultivation is also Baotou iron and steel company elite continuous output of the driving force.To sum up,industrial elite construction during the founding period of Baotou iron and steel company can be summarized as "one period,two stages and three aspects"."One period" is the founding period of Baotou iron and steel company;"two stages" are the two stages of input-oriented and self-cultivation-oriented;and "three aspects" are: inputting,independent cultivation and outputting.In addition,practice proves: the construction cycle of industrial elite team in the founding period of Baotou iron and steel company is a virtuous cycle including inputting,independent cultivation,outputting.
