Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum(Group)Co.,Ltd.(referred to as Yanchang Petroleum)is the the only large state-owned enterprise in China that possesses qualifications of oil and gas exploration,processing,storage,transportation and sales.The oilfield company to which it belongs has a resource area nearly 20,000 square kilometers.Proved oil area of 3,500 square kilometers,geological reserves over 1.6 billion tons.Since 2007,the annual output of crude oil has exceeded 10 million tons,successfully entered the ranks of large oil fields of 10million tons.The resource blocks of the Yanchang Petroleu are mainly located in the Ordos Basin.The oil storage geological structure in this area belongs to low permeability dense formation.Single oil well produce very little oil.Therefore,in the Ordos Basin,only by drilling more wells can we increase oil production.According to the“13th Five-Year Plan”of Yanchang Petrolemu,in2016-2020 will explore 928 oil wells,drill 237 resource well,open up 17,961 regular wells,872 horizontal wells,4,796 water injection wells,bet 4104,and transfer to 3,884 oil wells,The average annual use of drilling mud materials is about 15,000 tons,however,the mud materials currently consumed are all purchased by the drilling engineering company.In order to reduce the cost of raw materials,improve the quality and targeted,unified management of drilling mud materials,the Yanchang Petrolemu oil drilling company decided to establish its own mud material production,research and testing base.In addition to meeting the needs of drilling oil and gas well drilling in Yanchang Petrolemu,it can also serve the surrounding market.Based on this,the drilling company and Northwestern University signed the Industry-University-Research Cooperation Project named?Drilling mud material technology process and design service?.This paper is part of the work of the project,aims to solve the process engineering design of the production workshop.The main work are as follows:(1)According to the variety and annual consumption of mud materials provided by the drilling company,combined with the investment scale and input-output ratio,the product structure of the first phase of the project is determined to be high temperature and high pressure fluid loss additive,acrylamide-potassium acrylate copolymer,zwitterion.Polymer strong coating agent,emulsion coating inhibitor,viscosity increasing fluid loss agent,oil based lubricant,non-fluorescent anti-collapse lubricant,vinyl monomer monomer copolymer 8 kinds of independent production,and 5 kinds of outsourcing sulfonated,including asphalt,sulfonated lignite,sulfonated phenolic resin,potassium humate,solid lubricant(graphite);(2)Based on the process group's determination of production recipes and processes,test the proformance of these product;(3)The eight kinds of mud materials are divided into liquid products and solid products,and the production process is designed separately.In the production of liquid products,the production process based on reaction kettle,product storage tank,raw material storage tank,pump and automatic filling line was determined.After calculation,the volume of the reaction kettle was 5m~3,the volume of raw material storage tank was 10m~3,and the finished product storage tank was determined.The volume is 8m~3 and the specific models of other equipment are determined.In the production of solid products,the production process based on mixer,screw feeder,belt conveyor and automatic packaging machine was determined,and the specific model of each equipment was determined.(3)The production workshops for 8 kinds of mud materials were divided into liquid product workshop and solid product production workshop,and the process design was carried out separately.In the production of liquid products,the production process based on reaction kettle,product storage tank,raw material storage tank,pump and automatic filling line was determined.After calculation,the volume of the reaction kettle is 5m3,the volume of raw material storage tank is 10m~3,and the finished product storage tank was determined,the volume is 8m~3 and the specific quantity and model of the production equipment are determined.In the production of solid products,the production process based on mixer,screw feeder,belt conveyor and automatic packaging machine was determined,and the specific quantity and model of each equipment are determined.(4)All equipment are arranged under the existing factory conditions,and a“traverse”design is proposed in the equipment layout,which enables efficient production.A control scheme for the production equipment was designed.The raw material warehouse and the finished warehouse were arranged.(5)The?Technical Report on Drilling Mud Material Technology of Dingbian Mud Auxiliary Plant?,which was formed on the basis of this preliminary design,has passed the entered the bidding stage.
