Carbon black is the second raw materials used in all steel radial tire,and its dosage is only next to rubber.The properties of carbon black determine the overall performance of tire.As a tire manufacturing enterprise,the high or low manufacturing cost will directly affect the competitiveness of products in the market.In the process of product design and process design,to ensure product performance,while the continuous reduction of manufacturing costs is undoubtedly the tire manufacturing enterprises need to pay attention to the issue.In this paper,the modification of carbon black was studied,to obtain high reinforcing effect to reducing band beam layer of glue.Reduce production cost and increase the profit of the enterprise when the product quality is guaranteed.Therefore,if we can study a modified carbon black,the composite properties will be promoted,and the overall decline in the weight of the tire.It will have a far-reaching significance for the future development of the tires.In this paper,the production process and technology of carbon black.Based on the current carbon black production technology to improve the production of a new type of modified carbon black.Comparative study of N375,N330 and N326 of this new type of carbon black and conventional carbon black.Macroscopically carbon equivalent dispersion to rubber in contrast the tensile stress,tensile strength,compression heat build-up and wire drawing out index.Through the study of the relationship between these indexes and the microscopic properties of carbon black.In the micro aspect,the difference between the carbon black and carbon black studied by means of advanced instruments and testing methods,he difference between modified carbon black and conventional carbon black was studied by means of DMA,RPA and electron microscope transmission anlaysis.Based on the above research,the comprehensive performance of modified carbon black was best of them.The tensile stress was improved without changing the rubber and wire bonding force.Compared with N330,300% modulus was increased separately by 17%,19%,6% under the condition of 151?/30 min,151?/40 min,151?/60 min.Meanwhile,the heat generation performance decreased separately by 25%,6% under the condition of 151?/40 min,151?/60 min.The performance of indoor test was increased separately by 1.5%,0.3%,1.3% compared with N26,N330,N375.After the application of new materials research,we chose the 12R22.5 specifications normal production to test and the verification of the process.Finally,the comprehensive performance of the new carbon black has been verified in the product,which has far-reaching significance for the enterprise to improve the direction and direction in the future.
