With the rapid development of the domestic automotive industry,the tire industry is also advancing swiftly and vigorously.Tire production processes are complex with many different equipment.The tire building process is the most important and complex one of the numerous process.With the rapid development of technology,the building machine is gradually developing on the way to unmanned and intelligent fields,but the current tire process has not been able to keep up with the development of technology.Therefore,analyzing the difficulty of automatic building of self-finished rubber material to gradually achieve automatic applying and joints,reducing labor cost,and improving production efficiency is imminent.This paper mainly performs the following studies for the all-steel uni-stage building machine:(1)Studying the technical points and difficulties of unmanned applying and joints for all-steel tire building machine according to performance characteristics of the semi-finished rubber and applying standard,summarizing the semi-finished rubber joints requirements: ensure the positioning deviation,guarantee the difference between the positioning section,and guarantee the joint amount.Classifying and dividing the rubber materials into pure rubber,wire materials,and special semi-finished rubber according to the bonded similar characteristics.Designing corresponding mechanical structural solutions by 3D software to realize the automatic joint of every kind of rubber material.(2)Exploring the new type of process of extrusion winding technology in all-steel tires by analyzing the internal structure of the tread rubber.And using software to simulate the tread winding section to confirm the weight and symmetry of the tread.Arranging experiments of different speeds and temperature settings is to test tread winding quality.(3)Through the experimental test and JMAG software simulation to research and analyze magnetic properties with different arrangements,and confirm the best arrangement for achieving the best ply applying effects.(4)Setting automatic applying standard for belt,to research the joint detection mechanism.Designing the mechanical device for real-time feedback of joint quality to determine whether the joint is qualified or not.The study results and mechanical structural designs of the paper about unmanned and intelligent research analysis can be applied to other tire building machines,which will have a certain reference to the development of the absolute automation and highly intelligence in domestic tire building machine.
