With the rapid development of national economy,the renewal of science and technology,and the increasingly prominent position of the world factory,China's rise has begun to emerge in the international community,but at the same time,it also exposes the development gap with developed countries abroad.Since the construction of petrochemical projects in China,abundant experience has been accumulated in actual combat.However,with the increasing super-large scale of petrochemical projects and the increasing complexity of technology,the traditional extensive management mode has become increasingly unsuitable for the development of petrochemical industry.Therefore,all petrochemical enterprises are actively introducing project management into projects.Activities to optimize the management of petrochemical projects.To a certain extent,the success of project management will determine the development of enterprises.At present,domestic petrochemical enterprises are generally faced with such problems as frequent changes in plans,limited project resources and slow response to emergencies.It is worth further studying which mode to use to manage the project effectively so that the project can be completed smoothly with high efficiency and low cost.This article takes the project of ultra-high pressure and high pressure pipe support of LDPE plant as an example.Firstly,it analyses the basic background of construction management methods in the project of ultra-high pressure and high pressure pipe support of LDPE plant,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad as well as the project management theory related to the article.Secondly,it combines some key questions in the construction process of the project.This paper makes a deep dissection of project management from the aspects of equipment technology,internal organization,network information,on-site dispatching and coordination,energy resources and so on,and constructs a basic and feasible project construction process management measure model.The model optimizes the details of the project's quality management system,project managers' job assignment,project management department's assignment,quality assurance mechanism strengthening,product quality final audit and so on.It ensures that the project achieves the highest benefit when completed on time.Finally,the work of this paper is summarized and prospected.It is hoped that the article can provide case support and experience reference for similar projects and promote the smooth implementation of the project.
