Study On Risk Management Of Petrochemical Waste Water Treatment Project Of K Company Under EPC Mode

Petrochemical industry plays an important role in China's national economy.Its healthy development plays an important supporting role in the development of national economy and the construction of a harmonious society.There are many challenges in the treatment of pollutants in petrochemical industry.In the process of implementing petrochemical wastewater treatment project,petrochemical enterprises mainly use EPC mode to contract the project to the general contractor.For EPC contractor,the benefits and risks of petrochemical wastewater treatment project are complementary.Although it can obtain good profit return,the market competition is also very fierce and cruel.In addition to project construction risks,it also needs to bear more risks such as engineering design and procurement.Therefore,compared with other contracting modes,EPC mode has the greatest risk.K company,the research object of this paper,is one of the first survey and design units set up in China.The company has undertaken many petrochemical wastewater treatment EPC projects.It has always been a keen concern of K Company to improve the risk management ability of petrochemical wastewater treatment projects under EPC mode.Therefore,based on the basic theory and method of risk management,from the perspective of EPC contractor K company,this paper takes the risk management of petrochemical wastewater treatment construction project undertaken by K Company as the research object,and studies the identification,analysis and evaluation,risk response and monitoring of project risk with the method of system analysis.Specifically,this study systemically combs the risk management process of petrochemical wastewater treatment project of K Company under EPC mode,combines the characteristics of petrochemical wastewater treatment EPC project construction,uses fault tree method to identify various risks and characteristics in the process of project implementation,determines the possible risks and risk factors of such projects,and then uses AHP to analyze the risk management process of petrochemical wastewater treatment project in the construction stage All kinds of risks are analyzed and evaluated,and the project risk factors are sorted by weight and classified by grade.Next,according to the results of risk factor classification,the risk response plan and corresponding risk response measures are formulated,and the risk response measures of each risk factor are focused on.Finally,through the analysis of the project's risk monitoring work content,workflow and monitoring measures,the risk management effect of the project is summarized.Through the research on the risk management of petrochemical wastewater treatment project of K Company under EPC mode,it is not only beneficial to strengthen the risk management of petrochemical wastewater treatment project of K company,eliminate or reduce the impact and loss brought by the project risk,but also can improve the project risk management level of the general contractor,improve the anti risk ability and economic benefit,and has certain theoretical and practical guiding significance,It can provide reference for risk management of similar petrochemical wastewater treatment construction projects,and lay a foundation for EPC general contracting mode to be fully promoted in petrochemical engineering construction field.
