Pharmaceutical packaging materials migrate to packaging materials and containers that are directly in contact with drugs, which play an important role in ensuring the quality of drugs. When choosing and using different drug packaging materials,we should not only consider the protective effect of drug packaging materials on the internal quality of drugs, but also pay attention to the safety of drug packaging materials themselves. In order to prevent the toxic and harmful substances from migrating to the drug or adsorbing the active ingredients in the drug, reduce the efficacy of the drug and even produce toxic and side effects. In this study, the residual polydimethylsiloxane on the surface of medical halogenated butyl rubber stopper and its migration in glucose and sodium chloride injection were determined, which indicated that the residual polydimethylsiloxane on the surface of medical butyl rubber stopper would migrate to the pharmaceutical solution, and its migration amount increased with the increase of time. The volatile components of medicinal composite membranes were analyzed,34 kinds of solvent residues and volatile substances were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed, and the methodological investigation was carried out.The results showed that the method was scientific and feasible. The experimental study in this paper provides a reference for the quality control of halogenated butyl rubber stoppers and medicinal composite membranes, lays a certain foundation for the compatibility test between them and drugs, and has important significance for ensuring the stability, effectiveness and safety of drug quality.
