Yibin is one of the main tobacco planting areas in Sichuan province,In order to excavate the quality of style characteristics of tobacco leaves in Yibin and improve the characteristic level of tobacco leaves,the characteristic planting area with burnt-sweet smelling were Positioned.The relationship between the mainstream smoke constituents,volatile constituents,conventional chemical composition and the burnt-sweet smelling flue--cured tobacco was studied by using GC-MS(gas chromatography mass spectrometry)technique and OPLS(orthogonal partial least squares method).Finally,the characteristic components of burnt-sweet smelling flue--cured tobacco in Yibin was cleared.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the evaluation of the sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco in Yibin,it,s found that:the proportion of tobacco leaf samples with the burnt-sweet smelling flue--cured tobacco is 42%;The main planting area with strong burnt-sweet smelling flue--cured tobacco is zhoujia town?xianfeng township in XingWen countyand and wangjia town in Gong county etc.(2)A total of 95 substances of mainstream smoke components in tobacco leaves were found by GC-MS qualitative and quantitative analysis.After that,OPLS analysis was carried out on the results of the 95 substances and the burnt-sweet smelling flue--cured tobacco.The results showed that:The relationship between the two is Y=1X-9.61482e~-0.070.07 and the correlation coefficient of the two is 0.9021;sterol,phenol,2-methylphenol,4-pentadecyl,2-furancarboxylate,2-methoxy-12-methyl-pheno l,3-ethylphenol,2,3-dihydrobenzofuran,5-hydroxy methyl furfural,nicotine,solanone,farnesol and methyl palmitate,which mainly belong to the composed of phenolic compound degradation products and these were closely related to the burned sugar aroma style flue--cured tobacco in Yibin City.(3)A total of 70 substances of volatile substances in tobacco leaves were detected by GC-MS technique,The OPLS analysis was carried out on the results of the 70 substances and the burnt-sweet smelling flue--cured tobacco.The results showed that:The relationship between the two is Y=0.960196X+3.01285 and the correlation coefficient of the two is 0.6657;5-hydroxymethyldihydrofuran-2-one,solanone,3-terenol-1-ol,damasthone,dehydrogenation-?-ionone,geranylacetone,?-isomethyliono ne,2,4-di-tert-butylphenol,1-escylene and 4,8,13-duvaneene-1,3-diol,which mainly belong to the composed of degradated terpenoid products and these were closely related to the burned sugar aroma style flue--cured tobacco?(4)Through the determination of the chemical composition content of tobacco leaves,then the OPLS modeling was established between burnt-sweet smelling flue--cured tobacco and Conventional chemical composition the result show that:the strong and weak order which influenced on the burnt-sweet smelling flue--cured tobacco was Sugar-alkali ratio?nitrogen-alkali ratio?nicotine?total sugar?reducing sugar?nitrogen?potassium?potassium chloride ratio?chlorine?(5)3-Ethylphenol and 2,3-Dihydrobenzofuran?5-Hydrxoymethylfurfural?Farnesol in mainstream smoke were significantly and significant correlated with beta.-Damascenone?4-(2,6,6-trimethyl-1,3-cyclohexadien-1-yl)-2-Butanone and6,10-dimethyl-5,9-Undecadien-2-one in volatile substances;Potassium in conventional chemical components was significant positive correlation with2-Furancarboxylic acid,pentadecyl ester?Nicotine in mainstream smoke and beta.-Damascenone?Solanone in volatile substances,Nicotine was significant correlated with Nicotine in mainstream smoke and Solanone in volatile substances?...
