The Application Research Of Building Air Conditioning Automatic Control System For Pharmaceutical Firm Clean Room

With the development and popularization of computer control system.The automation control degree of the electrification equipment and communication equipment in the pharmaceutical industry is getting higher and higher.The comfort and convenience brought by it are getting better and better.The requirements for high performance,high concentration and high informatization are becoming more and more common.The clean room of the pharmaceutical factory is an important place for drug production activities.Its design must meet the corresponding cleanliness requirements and specific environmental standards.In the process of drug production,the temperature,humidity,pressure difference,dust particles and microorganism of the clean room affect the quality and safety of the medicine directly.The environmental status of clean room in the production workshop is one of the important factors related to the quality of drug production.The goal of process air conditioning control system is to keep the process air conditioning system running normally according to the predetermined mode,to make the temperature,humidity,pressure and other environmental parameters can be kept within the specified range.This paper starts from the perspective of the environmental requirements of the clean room from the pharmaceutical industry regulations.Combined with the actual project of the air conditioning control system of the vaccine production workshop.Design and analyze the control objectives,control characteristics and control strategy of the system.This air conditioning control system is designed and constructed based on Siemens PCS7 platform.Use the distributed control system to control the environment of production workshop.Improve the comprehensive management ability and air conditioning control efficiency of the system,and achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.Through the application practice of Siemens PCS7 process control technology,with a series of commissioning test work,analysis and summary the final environment parameter control results,Finally completed the design and realized the control scheme of the air-conditioning system.achieve the research purpose of this project.
