Research On Design Of Fruit Packaging Box Based On Sustainable Concept

Fruit-based agricultural products have rich nutritional value and relatively low fat content,which are nutritious and healthy fruits.Therefore,fruit products are increasingly favored by consumers,and consumption is increasing year by year.In order to reduce the loss of fruit circulation,fruit-based agricultural products must be properly packaged.At present,the fruit packaging structure has problems such as poor packaging and beautiful appearance,waste of materials caused by transitional packaging,and uneven packaging quality.Sustainable development is a strategy and model for human long-term development from the perspective of environment and resources.It is an important criterion for countries in the world to formulate development strategies.The concept of sustainable development design has also been widely valued by the design community.Based on the investigation and analysis results of fruit packaging structure in China,this paper focuses on the design process and results of fruit packaging box in light of its existing problems,and explores a fruit packaging box based on sustainable concept.First of all,by investigating the current types of fruit packaging boxes in China,the commonly used fruits in China include structures such as paper packaging structures,plastic packaging structures and bamboo wood packaging structures,and analyze the problems existing in the structure of fruit packaging boxes in China,including packaging.Poor aesthetics,waste of materials caused by transitional packaging,uneven packaging quality,lack of theme design for packaging,and potential health hazards.Secondly,it analyzes the background of the theory of sustainable development,and analyzes its connotation from the perspectives of human survival,quality of life,and ensuring the coordination of economy,resources,society and environment.On this basis,it expounds the theory based on sustainability.Packaging design principles,includes functional elements,material elements,structural elements,modeling elements,economic elements,and other requirements.Finally,the requirements of fruit packaging structure design are analyzed,including warehousing and transportation standardization requirements,visual design standardization requirements and green environmental protection requirements.Then,based on the results of China's fruit packaging structure survey and analysis,based on its existing problems,combined with sustainable development theory,The design process and results of the fruit packaging box structure were elaborated,including its dimensional design,shape design and structural design.Then,the material design of the fruit packaging box was deeply analyzed.First,the requirements of sustainable packaging materials were analyzed.The analysis and description of the packaging material design,and then the analysis of the fruit packaging design,including its color type and its visual design.
