Since the policy of "Decision on Implementing Scientific Outlook on Development to Enhance Environmental Protection" was promulgated in 2005,the environmental protection industry has entered a rapid development period.The internal and external environment has changed greatly.On the one hand,the environmental problems which have not been paid much attention in the past are exposed and becoming more and more serious today.On the other hand,the support of government and the demand of social have stimulated the rapid development of environmental protection industry.So more and more organizations and practitioners are engaged in the environmental protection industry,and the market competition is further intensified.In this context,the past development model taked by Guangzhou Fuzhiyuan Company may no longer work.So the current primary problem for it is to adjust its path of strategic development.Therefore,this paper makes a case analysis of Fuzhiyuan Company by using the method of SWOT,Porter's Model and other management analysis tools,combines the national macro-environment,and the situation of Fuzhiyuan Company,to find the right direction for Fuzhiyuan Company's business strategy positioning and enterprise development,provide guidance for team building and management.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition in the environmental protection industry,the higher industry standard requirements,and the resources and scale disadvantages of Fuzhiyuan as a start-up enterprise compared with large enterprises in the environmental protection industry,this study believes that Fuzhiyuan Company needs adhere to the centralized low-cost strategy of “deep cultivation and cost-winning”.They should reasonably select the market segments,and concentrate the limited resources on the chosen market,and obtain certain scale production advantages.At the same time,with the help of technology research and development,the optimization of the company's supply chain management and the improvement of the internal management efficiency of the company,the cost of the enterprise is further reduced,thereby gaining more price advantages,occupying more market share and promoting the company's environmental protection industry.
