Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets."Green development" is the only way for high-quality development of China's petrochemical industry.Achieving emission standards is an important part of achieving green development.However,at present,the environment of project construction is changing rapidly.There are many unpredictable risks in petrochemical industry,especially in catalyst industry,such as technology,organization and construction.Moreover,the risk management research of waste gas treatment projects in China lacks systematic theoretical support.Therefore,applying the theory and method in the field of project risk management to the practical work of waste gas treatment projects,and transforming the experience gained in project construction into the theoretical system in related fields are of great importance to promoting the improvement of enterprise risk management system and accelerating the process of urban green development.Practical and theoretical significance.Firstly,the research theory and method of project risk management are introduced into the waste gas treatment project of Fushun Petrochemical Catalyst Plant.Secondly,according to the actual situation of the enterprise and the characteristics of the waste gas treatment project,the risk analysis of the waste gas treatment project of Fushun Petrochemical Catalyst Plant is carried out,and the brainstorming method is used to identify the risk of the project systematically.Five categories and sixteen risks,including technology,policy,construction,capital and human resources,are identified.Thirdly,risk matrix method,Borda ordinal value method and analytic hierarchy process are used to evaluate the project comprehensively.By constructing a mathematical matrix model,the weight of each risk is calculated,the risk order is determined,and the project risk level is evaluated.Finally,according to the results of risk identification and evaluation,specific risk response measures are put forward by adopting risk mitigation,prevention,acceptance and avoidance strategies.At the same time,from the aspects of organizational system,dynamic audit and periodic evaluation,risk monitoring means are put forward to ensure that the project achieves the expected objectives.
