Cone crusher is an important equipment for crushing minerals in mining,metallurgy,construction and other industrial and mining enterprises.It has the advantages of simple structure,light body,large output and energy saving.In recent years,with the concept of "more crushing and less grinding" put forward,people not only satisfied with high productivity for cone crusher,but also pay more attention to the particle size and quality of crushed products.Therefore,in order to improve the crusher productivity,calibrate the discharging size and reduce the needle rate,this paper studies the crushing process of cone crusher,and optimizes the production performance of cone crusher.Firstly,the working principle of cone crusher and the movement law of mineral particles in it are expounded.The movement state of mineral particles in the process of crushing and its influence on the production performance of cone crusher are analyzed.The velocity distribution of crushing particles is given,and the critical speed of eccentric sleeve is calculated when the material is in free falling motion.Based on the laminated crushing theory,the crushing chamber is divided into layers,and the actual compression ratio of each layer is obtained by the area method.Based on the theory of total equilibrium,the model of particle size,particle shape selection function and crushing function considering the grading behavior were established.By simulating laminate breakage with rock mechanics experimental system and processing experimental data with least square method,a calibrated discharging particle size model and a pin-slice rate model considering compression ratio and particle size are given.The productivity model of cone crusher is established considering the relationship between the filling degree of aggregate and the compression ratio.Taking the productivity of cone crusher,the calibrated discharging particle size and the product needle rate as objective functions,a multi-objective optimization mathematical model of cone crusher production performance was established.Aiming at CF11 cone crusher,the multi-objective optimization model is solved based on artificial fish swarm intelligent algorithm.The results show that the particle size and the needle rate of the crushed product can be improved obviously by adjusting the key technological parameters on the premise of increasing the productivity of the cone crusher,and the crushed product can be improved obviously.The optimization results are verified through production practice.
