Cone inertia crusher is a new tepe of energy-saving crushing equipment and represents the highest level of cone crusher in the world and greatly complies with the "more crushing and less grinding" process. Two processing production line of steel slag has been introduced in shouqin factory, so GYP-1200 cone inertia crusher is the main equipment of steel slag crushing. Its performance directly determines the steel slag processing capacity and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction. The rotating speed of the dynamic cone of the GYP-1200 cone inertia crusher directly influences the movement form of steel slag and the productivity of steel slag crushing. In addition, The crushing force which provided by the crusher is also a key performance index to reduce energy consumption, improve the product quality and service life. The paper improve the production of steel slag, and to set the crushing force to avoid "over crushing" and improve the quality of products.Because The paper profoundly studies material movement of the GYP-1200 cone inertia crusher and based on the structural characteristics of inertia crusher, so the movement track model of steel slag and the critical speed of the moving cone is established. In addition, the paper puts forward the material conditions of hysteresis material blockage layer and optimal exercise mode and improve production efficiency.According to the working principle of inertia cone crusher, the paper considers the influence of elastic element on breaking force and the factor such as the speed of the two ends of the vibration exciter are not consistent. the paper establishes mathematical calculation model of the crushing force of inertia crusher and puts forward the excitation force and inertial force on the moving cone crushing force influence law.The paper analyzes the law of force in the cavity of the GYP-1200 cone inertia crusher, and determines the relationship between compression ratio and slag crushing granularity through the experiment. In addition, the paper adjusts to the vibration force through changing the structure of the vibration exciter and To achieve the requirements of different sizes of steel slag.
