In China's economic development,geological prospecting units play an important role.Most geological prospecting units have been transformed from state institutions to enterprises of operational nature.The state has cancelled the examination and approval of geological exploration qualifications and increased pressure on state-owned geological exploration enterprises.The development of geological prospecting industry faces great challenges,and the management mode also changes,so the human resource management system should be improved.The importance of the performance management module in the six major modules of human resources is self-evident.An effective performance appraisal system can improve the work enthusiasm of employees and promote the core competitiveness of enterprises.This article selects the 515 China metallurgical geology bureau game team as the research object,analyzes the existing performance evaluation system of the status quo,find the existing problems and to improve the performance evaluation system design,and safeguard measures are put forward.First of all,introduce the research background and significance of this article,the performance evaluation of domestic and foreign,this paper reviews the present situation of literature and expounds on the basic theory of performance evaluation,performance evaluation,performance evaluation methods,the concept of performance appraisal process,simple introduces analytic hierarchy process(ahp).Secondly,this paper introduces the 515 China metallurgical geology bureau game team organization structure and staff structure,analysis of the existing performance appraisal system of the status quo,to find the problems existing in the performance appraisal system and cause.Again,in view of the current situation of employee performance appraisal,to improve the design authority management using key performance indicators(kpi)method,field professional and technical personnel and front-line workers using the balanced scorecard method,targeted set of performance evaluation index and index weight,improve the existing performance evaluation system.Finally,the paper proposes solutions to the problems in the performance appraisalprocess to ensure the effective implementation of the performance appraisal.
