The m-dinitrobenzene hydrogenation reactor is an important part of the industrial process. There are many factors affecting the hydrogenation efficiency, such as the amount of the reactant, the reaction temperature, the activity of the catalyst and the other factors of the external factors. Therefore, the modeling of the process of m-dinitrobenzene hydrogenation and the study of dynamic characteristics are of great significance for the stable production of the reaction process of m-dinitrobenzene hydrogenation. In this thesis, the m-dinitrobenzene hydrogenation reactor was used as the research object, and the modeling process and the related characteristics of the m-dinitrobenzene hydrogenation process were studied. The main contributions could be summarized as follows:1.To establish a strict mathematical model for the process of hydrogenation of m-dinitrobenzene,analyze the degree of freedom for the whole mathematical model, determine the properties of the variable, and judge the key parameters in the hydrogenation reactor model,in order to reduce the size of the parameter estimation.By collecting the actual production data of a large number of factories to estimate the parameters of the established mathematical model, the least square method is used to estimate the key parameters, and then the model is matched with the actual operation. The comparison of the purity of the m-phenylenediamine obtained by comparison with the actual production analysis shows that the error of the model can meet the requirements of the industrial process modeling. Finally, the obtained kinetic parameters and thermodynamic parameters are introduced into the heat balance equation, and the sensitivity analysis of the m-dinitrobenzene hydrogenation process is carried out.2.The dynamic simulation of the reaction process of m-dinitrobenzene hydrogenation was carried out by the obtained steady-state model and parameters. The conventional PID control was used for the hydrogenation reactor to investigate the feed volume of the reactant and the effect of the hydrogen feed amount on the reaction process. The results of dynamic simulation can well describe the changes of the other variables in the system, and provide a reliable dynamic model for the operation of the hydrogenation reactor.
