This research is based on the actual sewage treatment plant as the research object, according to the actual inflow and water quality analysis of conventional indicators, through activated sludge model software to study the law of effluent change,to establish a dynamic simulation model suitable for the sewage treatment plant. Thus the operation of the sewage treatment plant is optimized, the effluent quality standard is guaranteed, and the energy and material losses in the operation process are reduced,so that the sewage treatment plant can operate safely and reliably for various complex water quality conditions. Therefore, the research has practical significance. In the process of research,ASM1 is used as the model of simulation process. The ASM1 model expresses the basic process of microbial reaction and related components in matrix form.It represents 8 biochemical reactions and 13 model components of activated sludge process.Five stoichiometric coefficients and 14kinetic parameters of the process are given.Because the model is simple in structure, accurate in stoichiometry, abundant in relevant parameters and clear in speed expression,it is easy to realize computer programming and calculation,so it is widely used in the design and operation management of municipal sewage treatment plants abroad. The simulation process can simulate the actual sewage treatment plant by using the existing simulation software. The simulation process requires sensitivity study of the parameters of the model.Because this study only studies the influence of nitrogen components, through the analysis,it is concluded that the influencing parameters of ammonia nitrogen areμA,YH,YA,KNH and KOA;the influencing parameters of nitrate nitrogen are bH and YH;and the influencing parameters of total nitrogen areμA,KOA,bA,YH and YA.The parameters sensitive to nitrogen components in effluent were found by sensitivity analysis, which provided the basis for parameter correction of Activated Sludge Mathematical Model in actual wastewater treatment plant simulation. In the steady-state simulation process, the initial values of the parameters are adjusted appropriately. After adjusting the values ofμA to 0.28,YH to 0.3,and YA to 0.46,the simulation can finally reach a relatively satisfactory prediction value.bA was adjusted from 0.05 to 0.1 during the dynamic simulation, and the simulated values of total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen were in good agreement with the measured values. On the premise of guaranteeing the effluent quality,in order to reduce energy consumption, the optimal internal reflux ratio of 200%and dissolved oxygen concentration of 2.00mg/L are determined in the actual operation process of the sewage treatment plant, which can not only ensure the effluent ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen water quality indicators, but also effectively reduce energy consumption.
