The evaporation loss of the oil during the stationary storage process can cause serious natural ecological pollution,huge economic losses,harmful to the health of the staff and the potential threat to the safe production of the station.Therefore,it is necessary to study the factors influencing the evaporation loss and the variation of the parameters,and to simulate the actual working condition of the oil tank with the experimental equipment and the computer software.It is very necessary to find the method of reducing the oil evaporation loss efficiently and cheaply.In this paper,from the calculation method of tank respiration loss,the existing seven kinds of loss calculation formulas are compared,the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and the calculation model of the respiratory loss based on the peak conservation method is established,and a more accurate calculation formula is obtained.The model of temperature and concentration of oil tank was obtained by calculation and post processing,and the temperature and concentration of the oil tank were simulated by FLUENT simulation software.The temperature and concentration of the tank at different heights in the process of the whole respiratory loss were measured by setting up the experimental table of the small respiration loss of the oil tank,and the pressure of the original,initial and final three tanks The law of change.Based on the comparison of the data,the calculation results of the calculation formula of the loss calculation model based on the peak conservation method are obtained more accurately by measuring and calculating the results of the calculation of the small respiration loss and other loss calculation formulas.According to the current method of reducing the tank's respiratory loss,it is proposed that the working pressure of the breathing valve can be improved under the maximum periodic pressure of the steel used in the tank,and the adsorption and absorption methods are used to combine the oil and gas recovery device,Reducing the amount of oil evaporation loss.
