Research On The Performance Evaluation System Of Shengli Drilling Information Center

Against performance management problems of state-owned enterprises developing,to find out the ways to solve these problems,the thesis studied to establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation index system of the state-owned enterprises to provide management guarantee and services for the goal of the state-owned enterprises long-term development.With state-owned enterprises,the Shengli Drilling Information Center(SDIC)as the research object,based on investigation and survey on the existing theory of enterprise performance management and performance evaluation,by analyzing the performance management satatus of SDIC,the causes of SDIC technical backbone personnel erosion,low staff's work enthusiasm,and unit stagnation,etc.were found out.To the characteristics of SDIC research personnel,through the analysis and research of various performance evaluation method,using the method of key performance indicators(KPI),SDIC key performance indicators were optimized,and performance evaluation systemconstruction method based on KPIofSDICwas proposed,andSDIC performance evaluation systemwas established.The enterprise,departmental and employee level KPIof SDIC were optimized and determined.The every key performance indicators wasquantified to ensure the operability of the key indicators.The establishedperformance evaluation system effectively solves the problems of SDIC development,such as staffturning over,low staff's work enthusiasm,unit stagnation and even unreasonable management structure,and provides the guarantee for promoting the management level and staff performance of SDIC,and establishes a solid foundationfor long-term development of SDIC.
