Mechanism And Prevention Of Wax Formation In Dongxin Oilfield

Wax deposit is a common destructive problem in the production of oil field,which may occurd at different locations in the crude oil production system.At present,Dongxin Oilfield has about 170 paraffin troubled wells that affect the crude oil production.So,we need a lot of effective measures to control the wax for the crude oil production.Hot water washing is mainly used at Dongxin Oilfield,but it cannot meet the requirements of the crude oil production in Dongxin Oilfield because of its complex operation and the single principle.Hot water washing is the mainly used measured at Dongxin oil area,but it cannot meet the Dongxin oil area crude oil production for the anti-wax work requirements because of its complexity of the implementation process the principle of wax uniformity.Firstly,this paper studied the waxing law of Dongxin Oilfield,so we find the factors of wax deposit,just like the temperature or pressure.Secondly we sum up and innovate the existing measures of paraffin which has be developed.Thirdly,we put out some new measures for Dongxin Oilfield.
