Reseach On Optimization Technology Of New Dongxin Oil Pipeline

New Dongxin oil pipeline was completed and put into production in April 2015,mainly to undertake shengli oilfield high sulfur high acid crude oil export of qilu petrochemical task,is the most important victory gathering factory management a crude oil long-distance pipeline.Because the new pipeline throughput and composition of crude oil and the man there is a big difference,and multiple access points along the pipeline transporting oil properties are not fixed,in order to be able to effectively reduce operating costs,reduce energy consumption,improve the efficiency,the need for new Dongxin sheen of oil pipeline operation optimization problems in carrying out the necessary research.Based on the pipeline operation cost minimum as the goal,surrounding the new Dongxin oil pipeline to carry out the operation scheme optimization research,to reduce the oil cost,improve the safe operation of pipeline and reduce loss,improve the economic benefit of multi-medium management goal to provide reliable basis.In this paper,according to the new Dongxin oil line process characteristics,aimed at the multiple access points along the pipeline,and pipeline oil physical property is different at each node,the throughput of different oil properties,with 700×10~4t/a?800×10~4t/a?1000×10~4t/a of three different throughput requirements,for example,to test and analysis of different composition of crude oil,master of different crude oil physical property and rheological property,determine the abnormal point of crude oil.The new Dongxin oil line across the energy consumption cost minimum as objective function,pipeline operation optimization model is set up(that is,to establish a new Dongxin machine line the two-level hierarchical optimization model)and setting the constraint conditions of pipeline operation.The dynamic programming algorithm,the enumeration method and pattern search method is used to optimize process of solving the model,using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language used to the new Dongxin oil line optimization software operation,through the input parameters and constraints,the conditions of given for different throughput and temperature condition,determining the bathed library open pump,furnace,including all in and out of the station pressure,temperature,pump stations and the optimal operation of heating furnace,etc.According to the results of the project output of 700×10~4t/a?800×10~4t/a?1000×10~4t/a of three different throughput for thermal and hydraulic calculation,comparison with the results of software analysis.To annual ground temperature at the lowest and highest in February in August,for example,recommend running scheme is provided for optimal operation software to calculate the comparison test,and choose a whole year of actual operation parameters of output scheme software validation,confirmed the software the reliability of the optimal operation scheme is given.
