Study On The Lignite Activated Coke Adsorption Of Heavy Oil Wastewater In Shengli Oilfield

The study aimd at the problem of high biochemical pressure and high cost in the process of deep heavy oil wastewater.The lignite activated coke adsorption is adopted to handle the heavy oil wastewater in Shengli Oil Field.The nature and characteristics of lignite activated coke are analyzed with a variety of analysis methods.Through the detection of the change of pH,BOD/COD and COD in heavy oil wastewater and the characterization analysis of organic matter removal process by Gas chromatography-mass spectrometer MS,Ms liquid-organic carbon etc.,the heavy oil wastewater treatment mechanism of lignite activated coke adsorption is obtained.A part of the inorganic ions can be removed;most of the organic matter can be removed at the same time;and organic amines that are difficult to be degraded or very toxic to the aquatic organism are maily removed in the lignite activated coke adsorption process handling the heavy oil wastewater in Shengli Oil Field.Furthermore the pH and BOD/COD in the heavy oil wastewater can be increased by the lignite activated coke adsorption and reduce the stress of follow-up treatment process.The COD absorption of heavy oil wastewater with the lignite activated coke increases with a rise of the COD concentration;the amount of two adsorption is twice more than the initial adsorption;the nitrogen substance can be removed with both of the two adsorption;hydrophilic compounds that are alkaline weak polarity or nonpolar and two kinds of organic matter can be removed in the initial adsorption process;hydrophobic organic contaminants that are partial acidic and twenty-one kinds of organic matter can be removed in the second adsorption process.Saturation lignite activated coke after double absorption and oil sludge are mixed to prepare fuel.The best quality ratio is saturation LAC/oil sludge(water content 50%)=3/1.All pollutant indexes of flue gas and cinder are meet national discharge standards.Economic benefit is remarkable.
