Drilling rod is the most used drilling tool in the drilling process,the stress in the course of the drill pipe,the role of corrosive media and improper use and other factors,most likely to cause drill pipe cracks,puncture,partial wear and other defects,defects Continuously expand the use of easily lead to drill pipe fatigue fracture caused by drilling accidents.So that the drill pipe into the whole safety of the oil drill string is relatively weak link.Through analyzing the non-destructive testing technology and the modern control technology,this paper analyzes the two operation modes of the drill pipe detection device,and according to the requirements of the field use and the operation condition of the drill pipe,Inspection standards,design appropriate testing procedures and layout of testing equipment,and finally determine the drill pipe magnetic flux leakage detection system design.Secondly,according to the detection scheme,the hardware structure and control method of the actuator are designed rationally.The data acquisition system and the overall PLC control design are described in detail,and the automatic control system of drill pipe magnetic flux leakage detection is realized.Then,the programming language of the lower computer is selected,the design idea of the PLC program of the lower computer is described,and the requirement and design method of the supervisory control software of the host computer are described,and its function and operation interface are introduced.Finally,the drill pipe magnetic flux leakage detection system is debugged on-site,and the results and results of the magnetic flux leakage inspection system are verified.Through the combination of magnetic flux leakage detection and modern PLC control technology,measurement and signal processing,the paper realizes the automation of drill pipe inspection and visualizes the detection data,which greatly improves the work efficiency and has accurate measurement data,operation and maintenance Simple and so on.It is proved by field practice that the detection system is easy to use,stable and reliable,and can effectively detect drill pipe defects.
