Study On The Cost Control Of Operating Area Based On Reservoir Management

Petroleum industry relates to national security strategy.It plays an important role in the fierce international competition.In today's world,the cost management practices that can not reasonably consider the relationship of oil and gas enterprises yield and cost have gradually been eliminated.Oil and gas enterprises reservoir management concept is gradually being valued by our oil and gas enterprises.China's oil industry has started a deep-seated reforms.Currently,many of our main oil fields,such as Daqing Oilfield,Shengli Oilfield,have entered the later stages of development.Currently,many of our main oil fields,such as Daqing Oilfield,Shengli Oilfield,has entered the later stages of development.On the one hand,their oil field water cut rising;on the other hand,mining costs gradually increase.To obtain a stable yield and lower cost operation area of oil and gas fields.Hence,the operation area of oil and gas need to carry out the concept of reservoir operation and management and the strategy of Strategic cost control,furthermore,research and implement the method modern cost management.In this paper,theoretical research of strategic cost management and reservoir management as a starting point,on the basis of studying both theory and methods,analyzed the current management mode of oil and gas field operation area and the current cost management mode,and then provides a theoretical basis for cost control of Oil and gas field operations area.In the paper,based on the study of reservoir management strategy of cost control connotation of the implementation of the reservoir management strategy for oil and gas field operation area requirements,to clear the principles and objectives of reservoir management of cost control of oil and gas field.This paper further explores the reservoir operating cost control system in oil and gas field operation area.On the basis of the design of reservoir operating cost control system in oil and gas field,this paper introduces the application of oil reservoir operating cost control system in XX oil production plant.There are many defects in the current management mode and the cost management method of oil and gas field operation area in China.The cost control should be carried out under the idea of reservoir management,to achieve the maximum economic benefits.
