With China's petroleum enterprises stepping into the middle and late stages of production,the difficulty of cost control is increasing and the pressure of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement is intensifying due to the influence of resources,systems and markets.In order to alleviate the severe situation faced by enterprises and enhance and maintain their long-term competitiveness,China's petroleum enterprises need to constantly reform and innovate the existing operation mode based on professional management.The expected effect of the implementation of the underground operation specialization management model and the measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the underground operation specialization management model have laid a solid foundation for oil field enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency and enhance international competitiveness,and have a strong application value.In the course of this research,we combine theory with practice,case study and field investigation.This paper studies the general situation of Underground Operations Branch,the contents of underground operations and the characteristics of specialized management and construction.Then it gives the overall economic benefits of a underground operation company before and after the implementation of the reform of professional management,and carries out the comparative analysis of construction efficiency and economic benefits.The analysis shows that the cost reduction and efficiency increase have not reached the ideal effect.On this basis,the problems of cost reduction and efficiency increase based on specialized management are presented,such as insufficient workload,lower single well profit,immature production information system,low asset utilization rate,staff quality to be improved,and management on project nodes is not refined enough.Finally,from the aspects of improving production scale,reducing single well variable cost,establishing efficient information management system Some countermeasures are put forward to strengthen asset management,human resource construction and project node management.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the specialized management mode of underground operation,improve the cost management level of a underground operation company and realize the cost reduction and efficiency increase of the enterprise,the decision-making reference is provided.
