Research On Green Packaging Legal System

In terms of products,the important function of packaging is to protect and beautify products.In recent years,in order to meet consumer demand for product packaging and multi-functionality,problems such as excessive packaging and packaging materials are not environmentally friendly.This not only caused waste of resources and environmental pollution,but also undermined the good market order established since the reform and opening up,and even violated the basic essence of the circular economy and the concept of sustainable development.From the current situation in the field of packaging,the state and society should pay sufficient attention to strengthen the guidance and control of product packaging,and achieve the coordinated development of environmental protection and economy in the packaging field.Therefore,effective implementation of green packaging is imperative.This article starts from the overview of green packaging theory,and analyzes the problems existing in China's current packaging system by taking the number of express packaging packages,which is now increasing in number.By summarizing and drawing on the experience of system construction in green packaging in Japan,Germany,the United States and the European Union,combined with China's packaging industry.The development status quo,put forward the construction strategy of China's green packaging legal system.Specifically,the article is divided into four chapters.The main contents of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter mainly introduces the basic theoretical content of green packaging.Firstly,it systematically expounds the basic concepts and legal characteristics of green packaging.Then,it analyzes the necessity of green packaging development from the perspectives of subjective and objective,and then passes the law of green packaging.The elaboration of the theoretical basis systematically expresses the feasibility and necessity of green packaging itself.The second chapter introduces the current situation of production,use and recycling of express packaging,and combines the current legal system,policy systemand standard system construction status,analyzes and summarizes the legal problems in the field of express packaging.From the full text,this chapter takes the express package as an example for in-depth study,which provides an effective basis for the research of legal issues related to product packaging.The third chapter provides a reference for the construction of China's green packaging legal system by exploring and summarizing the beneficial practices and system construction experience of Japan,Germany,the United States and the European Union in the use of materials for packaging and recycling of packaging waste.The fourth chapter discusses the construction policy of China's green packaging legal system.This chapter proposes to formulate and improve the relevant legal system on the basis of clarifying the basic principles of green packaging and the standards for green packaging system construction.In addition,by defining government,enterprises,citizens and The duties and obligations of the packaging industry,clear multi-level environmental legal responsibilities to guide and standardize the production,use and recycling of packaging materials,consumer green consumption,thereby contributing to the realization of the goal of the green packaging system.
