Water is the source of life and plays a vital role in economic development and human production. Therefore, the emergence of water pollution is undoubtedly a serious problem hindering the development of economy and human health, and the harm caused by water pollution is also extremely terrible and bad.The extreme deterioration of water quality leads to a serious threat to human health. Therefore,it is very important to study the factors affecting wastewater discharge and put forward Suggestions and countermeasures for wastewater treatment. On the basis of previous studies, this paper selects GDP per capita(GDP).The final consumption rate(ZZXF)is the proportion of final consumption in GDP of each region.Proportion of secondary industry in GDP(EC);Urbanization rate(CZL)as the regional population in cities and towns of regional population proportion as independent variables, regional per capita wastewater(PJPF)as dependent variable, through the establishment of general regression model, spatial econometric model, and on the basis of AIC,SC and Anselin and Florax puts forward the choice of optimal model of standard, etc.,to get the optimal spatial econometric model. The model shows that the urbanization rate and the proportion of the secondary industry in GDP have a positive impact on the per capita waste water discharge. With the rapid development of industrialization, industrial waste water is a major part of waste water discharge. Therefore, the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure should be accelerated and the clean industry should be promoted to reduce the waste water discharge of industrial production. The contradiction between people and the environment has become increasingly prominent with the continuous progress of urbanization. After that, the independence and normality of model residuals are tested, and the results show that the residuals sequence is independent and obeys normal distribution, indicating that the equation is representative. In this paper, the convergence of wastewater discharge per capita is analyzed. The convergence of wastewater discharge per capita of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2008 to 2017 is observed. The results show that the average wastewater discharge per capita of 30 provinces and cities in China shows a certain convergence trend in logarithmic form. That is to say,the standard deviation of wastewater discharge per capita in a certain area of 30 provinces and cities decreases with time.In addition, there is-convergence,that is,the area with low per capita wastewater discharge rate is faster than the area with high per capita wastewater discharge rate. This result is basically consistent with-convergence,indicating that the regional gap in per capita wastewater discharge rate of China's 30 provinces and cities is gradually decreasing. In short, pollution has become a problem that cannot be ignored nowadays. Therefore,in daily life, industrial and other production activities,we should improve the utilization rate of water resources, reduce abuse and waste, reduce waste water discharge, improve the utilization rate of water resources, and realize the harmonious development of human and environment.
