China's status as a world power has gradually become stable.In recent years,however,there have been constant disputes between some countries and China over the "ownership" of culture.Behind the huge public opinion,the people of China have gradually begun to reflect.In this society,which generally worships foreign countries.The culture of the Chinese nation that was conceived in the long history of 5,000 years seems to be being slowly forgotten by people.How can the cultural heritage left by the ancestors be better inherited and developed? The structure of tenon and tenon has been spread so far,and the small structure contains the great wisdom of ancient artisans in China.It supports the vitality of ancient Chinese wooden architecture and is the soul of Chinese Ming and Qing furniture.It shows the unique charm of Chinese traditional culture.Traditional toys are the carrier of traditional culture.It is a feasible way to develop traditional culture through toys.According to the present situation of toy development in China,this paper analyzes the trend of toy development in China and some problems in the development.It is believed that China should take the road of toy design with Chinese characteristics,and try to design tenon structure as an entry point.Firstly,the paper investigates and studies the basic information of mortise and tenon structure,understands the origin and development of mortise and tenon structure,and focuses on the application of mortise and tenon structure in architecture and furniture.Secondly,according to the characteristics of mortise and tenon,it is divided into three categories and the advantages of each category are summarized,and the application value of mortise and tenon structure in modern market is found.Finally,the application of mortise and tenon structure in toy market is analyzed and compared with those of foreign Lego toys and the advantages of mortise and tenon structure in toys are summarized.Afterwards,from the aspects of design concept,connection mode,and structural strength,this paper analyzes the application elements of the structure in toy design,summarizes the different requirements of different age groups for toys,and finally selects the 3-6-year-old preschooler as the positioning population.Analysis,With the improvement of children's body balance ability and the development of children's eye and hand coordination ability as the conceptual direction,through the design concept of structural modularization and its unique bite connection,different functions are realized in the toy design to meet children's growing needs.
