With the continuous development of the new generation of information and communication technology,the rise of "Industry 4.0" and the proposal of the strategic plan of Made-in-China 2025,the manufacturing industry has adopted a large number of computerized,informationized,integrated and intelligent methods and the production mode and manufacturing mode of manufacturing industry are changing to "Intelli ge nt Manufacturing Mode".Intel igent manufacturing is to improve production efficie nc y through the deep integration of information technology and manufactur ing technology.Data information plays an extremely basic and important role in the process of pattern transformation.Therefore,in order to realize the informationization and intellectualization of Computer numerical control machining workshop,it is necessary to accurately perceive the operation status of the workshop and comprehensively collect the internal status data of the equipment.The existing data acquisition methods will collect a large number of repetitive and unnecessary data in the process of data acquisition,which is not conducive to the network transmission and storage of data.Therefore,adaptive data acquisition method is used to solve the problem of data redundancy.This paper mainly studies from the following aspects:(1)Analysis and implementation of multi-source heterogeneous data acquisit io n method for equipment status in CNC machining workshop.According to the situation of CNC machine tools and robots in CNC machining workshop and the requirement of internal status data information of equipment,the method of collecting internal status data of equipment based on equipment communication interface is studied.For Siemens 840 D CNC system,Huazhong HNC-8 CNC system and ABB robot,OPC specificat io n,secondary development interface and PCSDK method are used to collect data of equipment status information.The acquisition programs of different acquisition methods are designed and developed to realize the accurate perception of the internal state of the equipment.(2)Analysis and Research on adaptive data acquisition method in CNC machining workshop.Aiming at the problem of data redundancy caused by equal time interval data acquisition method in data acquisition,three adaptive data acquisition methods based on linear regression,revolving gate algorithm and stability of data change are studied,and the effects of these three methods in adaptive data acquisition of equipment in CNC machining workshop are compared and analyzed.Based on the multi-source data of equipment status,the effect of these three methods in adaptive data acquisition is verified.The feature of the structure realizes the adaptive data acquisition in the CNC machining workshop.(3)Design,development and test of adaptive data acquisition system for CNC machining workshop.The overall framework of the adaptive data acquisition system for CNC workshop is designed,and the function modules of the adaptive data acquisit io n system and database are designed in detail.The function of the adaptive data acquisit io n system is tested on the experimental machine platform to verify the accuracy of the acquisition system.
