This paper proposes that the main insulation of high-voltage motor is affected by various factors during the working process and the service life and electrical performance are reduced.At present,the main component of the main insulation of high-voltage motors is mica tape and impregnated epoxy resin,and its performance is greatly improved compared with the past.However,as people's demand for electric power is getting higher and higher,the requirements for high-voltage motors are getting higher and higher,and the requirements for main insulation,which plays a major role in the life of high-voltage motors,are also increasing.The insulation performance and service life of the main insulation of the motor must be reduced as much as possible to reduce the space occupation and increase the heat dissipation effect.In a word,it is necessary to improve the insulation performance of the main insulation.Therefore,it is important to study the mica tape-epoxy insulation for new high-voltage motors.At the same time,people's enthusiasm for the study of nanoparticle-modified polymer-based dielectrics is increasing,providing ideas for improving the performance of high-voltage motor main insulation.However,the research on the main insulation of nano-particle modified motor is still in the initial stage.People have not carried out more in-depth research on its modification mechanism,the influence of nano-particle content,and the effect after application in real machine.explore.Therefore,the study of the electrical properties of the main insulation of high voltage motor based on nanoparticle modification,clarification the change law and modification mechanism,is of great significance for improving the electrical insulation and reliability of the main insulation of the motor,and the application of nanotechnology in the main insulation of the motor.This experiment is modeled on the mica tape-impregnated resin laminate structure of the main insulation of high-voltage motor.JER806 bisphenol F-type epoxy resin is used as the matrix,SiO2 particles with a particle size of 40 nm are used as the filler,and the mica tape of model DL86-4C is the main body.A series of mica tape-epoxy composite insulator samples with different nano-SiO2 content were prepared by adding appropriate HN2200 cycloaliphatic anhydride as curing agent.Then the electrical properties of all the samples were tested,including the breakdown voltage,partial discharge initial voltage,partial discharge corrosion resistance,and the influence of nano content on the electrical properties of the composite.The breakdown mechanism and modification mechanism of the sample were explored.In this study,we can know that adding an appropriate amount of nano-SiO2 to the impregnating resin of the mica tape-epoxy composite insulator can improve the insulation performance.When the mass fraction of nano-SiO2 particles in the impregnated resin is 5%,the insulation properties of the samples are optimal.When the content of the filler continues to increase,the breakdown characteristics,local initial discharge voltage,and partial discharge corrosion resistance are all reduced to different extents.The research results of this paper provide theoretical and experimental support for the main insulation performance of nano-particle modified high-voltage motor,and provide methods and ideas for evaluating the main insulation electrical performance of the motor.
