The implementation of enterprise strategy is a key link in business administration.How to facilitate the effective implementation of enterprise strategy is the crucial direction of management research.The enterprise salary system is an important guarantee to promote the implementation of the enterprise strategy.Hence,constructing a salary system accord with the requirement of enterprise strategy based on the actual implementation of the enterprise strategy is an indispensable link in the modern business administration.However,some Chinese enterprises still exist the disconnection between the enterprise salary system and the strategy formulation,which hindered the implementation of related enterprise strategy.Therefor,optimization of this management issues has an important significance.Based on the case of subsidiary company H,this paper analyzed the salary system of this company in the implementation of the parent company's transformation strategy in the perspective of strategy implementation and built an optimization plan based on the strategy implementation.Under the support of relevant theoretical consolidation,enterprise research and related data analysis,the optimized design of compensation system was carried out.First of all,through reviewing the literature,this paper summarized and reviewed the theoretical points of enterprise strategic transformation,precious metal market,strategic-oriented compensation management,and salary management characteristics of some state-owned enterprises.Secondly,based on the narration of parent company transformation background,subsidiary H,the implementation of the strategy and the problems in the strategic transformation,leads up the problems of this paper.Thirdly,on the basis of the theory,the subsidiary H conducts field research,employee interviews and related data analysis,concluded the problem of the compensation system of subsidiary company H;Finally,based on the analysis of the problem,the compensation system of subsidiary H was optimized,which meets the actual situation of H subsidiary.
