As the main transport equipment of coal mine,the main belt conveyor plays a decisive role in the coal transport process.In order to meet the ever-expanding production scale of coal mining enterprises,the transportation distance,transportation efficiency and transportation safety of main belt conveyors have been constantly developed and improved under the research of scientific research and technical personnel.As an extensive production enterprise,the centralized control system of the main belt conveyor in coal mine is mainly based on the open-loop control strategy,which only controls the start and stop and operation through specific procedures.The open-loop control system of the main belt conveyor cannot automatically adjust the running process of the belt conveyor,so it cannot meet the requirements of satisfactory performance and accuracy.In this paper,the main belt conveyor control system reform project of a mine as the practical background,aiming at the existing problems in coal mine production,combined with the upper comp'uter platform,PLC control technology,PID control technology and fuzzy control theory,research on the main belt conveyor fuzzy control system of coal mine.The system is mainly divided into three parts:upper computer and fuzzy controller part,PLC acquisition and control part and control execution part.The upper computer is designed by KingScada,which completes the display and remote control of the system running state on the ground.The downhole adopts the control box with Siemens PLC as the main body for redundant design to complete the collection,display and logical operation of all kinds of data in the downhole.The PLC program designs the speed ladder model,the start and stop method along the coal flow,the automatic operation method of belt conveyor and the data processing method of coal seam height.The automatic speed regulation based on fuzzy PID control is designed by fuzzy controller.The fuzzy control system of coal mine main belt conveyor ensures the safe and stable operation of coal mine main belt conveyor,and solves the actual demand of the main coal mine belt conveyor to run automatically according to the coal flow rate.The three parts of the system utilize RS485 serial port communication technology and TCP/IP Ethernet communication technology to realize the interactive communication between architectures.Finally,the system is debugged and run on site,and the results show that the fuzzy control system of the main belt conveyor meets the actual production requirements on site.Underground coal transport and fuzzy control system of belt conveyor to make the stability of the main transport belt transport system improved,realizing the closed-loop control of motor speed run,multilevel of belt conveyor local and remote control and fault alarm,low maintenance downtime,practical,all kinds of control functions,realizes the main belt conveyor automatic unattended operation,ensure the safety of the production has a certain application value.
