In recent years,with the depletion of oil resources on land and in the shallow sea,and the increasing consumption of petroleum resources by industrial and economic development,people have turned their oil exploration to the deep,deep sea and ultra deep sea.However,the current domestic market equipment can not meet the mining requirements,so the research and development of oil exploration equipment is very necessary.Mud pumps are known as the "heart" of oil rigs,and their role in oil exploration and mining is irreplaceable.The 3000 HP horizontal three-cylinder mud pump studied in this project has the advantages of high power,high pump pressure,large displacement,small volume,low stroke,long stroke,etc.,which can meet the exploitation of deep,deep sea and ultra deep sea oil and gas resources on the surface.Claim.This subject has carried out the following research on the transmission scheme of the 3000 HP mud pump and the main components of the power end:1.First,the overall transmission scheme of the mud pump adopts a new external helical gear transmission;secondly,the main parameters of the mud pump are determined;finally,the structure of the main components of the power end is innovatively designed;and SolidWorks is utilized.The software builds a three-dimensional model of each component.The kinematics and dynamics theory analysis of the main components of the mud pump power end,the equations of motion and dynamics are obtained,and the numerical calculation is carried out to obtain the force of each component under different working conditions.The theoretical values ??of static analysis and optimization of the main components of the mud pump power end are provided.3.Using the finite element software to carry out static analysis of the main components of the mud pump power end,find the maximum stress at the dangerous section of each main component,and compare and analyze the allowable stress of the material.4.Using finite element software to optimize the topology and modal analysis of the mud pump shell.By optimizing the topology of the shell,we can find the redundant part of the shell and analyze it.Modal analysis,the natural frequency is obtained and compared with the excitation frequency of the mud pump power end,avoiding the resonance phenomenon.
