Aluminum,as an important material basis of supporting the national economy,is a key material of national defense modernization and major national strategic engineering.With the rapid development of national economy,the aluminum and alloy materials are in demand for country increasingly,which promotes China's electrolytic aluminum production increase continuously.Aluminum scheduling is a key technology of electrolytic aluminium production,according to the requirements of the product brand,it can be defined as the cell aluminum lift packet scheduling process.Aluminum scheduling must ensure that the mixed liquid aluminium produced by different electrolytic cells meets the upper limit requirements of chemical impurities such as iron,silicon,magnesium,copper,calcium and zinc,and at the same time meet the principle of shortest crane operation path.Traditional aluminium blending is manually processed where the condition is very complicated and the manual calculation is difficult,the quality accidents caused by the excessive aluminium ingredients are not uncommon.In view of this,this paper studies the key technology of computer intelligent scheduling with aluminium allocation,and proposes two intelligent calculation methods for aluminum allocation scheduling for two different production processes.(1)Aiming at the continuous casting process,an algorithm of aluminium distribution in single work area was proposed.Based on the upper limit requirement of the impurity composition of the product,the mathematical conditions for the successful ratio were given.On this basis,the aluminum distribution solution with high impurity content was proposed by aluminum extraction method of dividing high impurity content electrolytic bath aluminum liquid for many times to solve the aluminum liquid ratio problem with high impurity content by taking the aluminum liquid bag as the final package location,the immune cloning algorithm is used to solve the optimal aluminum solution by taking the shortest aluminum path as the objective function.Considering the equipment utilization rate and logistics cost,the second combination of the ladle lift were executed to reduce the number of car transportation and improve the efficiency of aluminum production.(2)Aim at the full furnace casting process,the aluminum solution with aluminum in the whole work area is proposed.Taking the electrolyzer of the whole work area as the calculation object,the holding furnace for casting production as the final jointing place,and impurity composition requirements of liquid aluminum in heating furnace as calculating constraints.respectively,taking the shortest traveling path of overhead crane or the lowest iron impurity content in molten aluminium as different optimization objectives,the optimal combination of aluminium ladle lifting is solved based on improved immune clonal algorithm to provide different optimization schemes for enterprise production.A lot of calculation have been completed with the actual data of electrolytic aluminium factory based on the above algorithm,and the calculation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.Finally,a software system of aluminum matching for electrolytic aluminum is developed to lay a foundation for the further application of the algorithm.
