Competitiveness Of Listed Companies In China’s Eastern Midwest Environmental Protection

The development of China’s environmental protection industry has entered the best "golden period" in history,and the country has put forward higher requirements for its competitiveness.The listed company is usually the most dynamic and competitive representative in the industry.This paper can clearly reflect the development status and competitiveness level of China’s environmental protection industry through the research on the competitiveness of the environmentally-friendly listed companies in the Eastern,Central and Western China.Sustainable and healthy development has important reference significance.Firstly,the article makes a lot of research on the existing research results and related theoretical foundations.On this basis,it briefly analyzes the development status of environmental protection industry in the world and the whole country,and selects representative regions and major sub-sectors in the industry.Comparison.In the national regional comparison,this paper divides it into the eastern,central and western regions according to the national classification criteria,and analyzes the environmental protection industry in each region and the factors that may affect it.Secondly,this paper selects the model of 95 environmentally-friendly listed companies to establish a model for the evaluation system of China’s environmentally-friendly listed companies.According to the results of empirical scoring,the paper compares the overall competitiveness of the industry,regional competitiveness,and sub-industry competitiveness,and selects the most competitive and weakest listed companies in each region according to the comprehensive score ranking results.Summarize its competitive advantages and disadvantages.The research results show that although China’s environmental protection industry has developed rapidly and its output value has increased significantly,its overall competitiveness is still weak and needs to be further improved.From the perspective of regional distribution,the eastern environmental protection listed companies have an absolute leading position nationwide;from the perspective of industry categories,solid waste treatment listed companies have more competitive advantages.In addition to the obvious differences in development between regions,there is also a big gap between the development of environmental industry sub-sectors.Finally,on the basis of this,the article puts forward some suggestions on improving the competitiveness of the environmental protection industry.
