The grinding classification system is a multi-parameter,time-varying,non-linear,large-lag production process system.The system works in a harsh working environment,traditional detection and control methods are difficult to adapt and cannot establish accurate mathematical models.In view of the above process characteristics,this thesis designed an automatic control schenme for grinding and classifmcation basecd on expert system,which effectively solvecd the effects of multig-pararmeters,time-varying,nonlinear,large hysteres,is on the efficiency and quality of separating mineral,and obtained good economic benefits in production practice.This thesis first analyzed the process of the grinding grading and the main factors affecting its production;according to the system control objectives and the process characteristics of the grinding grading system,the basic automatic control strategy and circuit of the grinding grading system are studied and designed,including:ball mill feeding quantity control,ball mill grinding concentration control,hydrocyclone overflow particle size control,etc?Secondly.On the premise of achieving basic control,the author focused on the optimization control design scheme based on expert system and established the grinds grading control optimization system model based on expert system;finally,the hardware ecquipment of the whole grinding grading control system was built,including:control system network connection,upper monitoring system hardware connection,expert system hardware connection,etc.;at the same time,for the designed control system,The laboratory simulation test and the field test operation of the basic control loop and the expert optimization control system were carried out respectively?the expected results were achieved.The project selected in this thesis has been put into the application of the actual mineral processing plant The engineering index shows that after applicating tne expert optimization control system,the copper concentrate grade increased by 1.2%?the copper recovery rate increased by 1.0%,and the medicament was saved by 10.0%.The results show that the grinding classification expert optimization system achieved stable operation of the grinding and grading production process,and improved productivity and product quality.
