High speed cold roll beating is a new type of plastic forming technology,which can effectively achieve functional surface forming of spline and gear.At present,cold roll beating forming machine can actually put into practice abroacd,but domestic related theories research and equipment technology is still in its infancy,so the further development and application of the technology is restricted.Based on th,e principle of cold roll beating forming,the design and optimization analysis of high speed cold roll beating machine tool is carried out,which is of great practical significance.The forming principle of high speed cold roll beating is analyzed,the design of high speed cold roll beating machine overall plan and the whole machine structure is completed,a 3D model of the whole machine is established through Pro/E,and a finite element analysis model of whole engine is established based on ABAQUS/CAE,the whole machine s modal and force situation uuder the limit condition is analyzed,obtaining whole machine's modal and equivalent stress and deformation and finding out the key deformation of machine tool.In view of the special structure of the cold roll beating spindle,the spindle's bolt joint surface equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping is calculated using the method of Yoshimura M and the finite element model of the spindle base on bolt joint surface is established.The modal and stress of spindle under the actual limit is analyzed.The spindle connection bolts and taper pin position distribution is optimized,and the equivalent stress and the displacement of the spindle before and after adjustment is compared,determining whether the adjustment is reasonable and effective by comparing the equivalent stress and the displacement of the spindle before and after adjustment.The finite element model of the key beam is established,the modal and force situation is analyzed.Aiming at the dynamic and static stiffness,the structural topology and size optimization is carried out,in order to obtain the optimal beam structure under the goal of minimum massThe free modal experiment is carried out on the designed rolling spindle through LMS.Test.Lab,the cause of the error between experiment results and simulation results is analyzed,the validity of spindle numerical simulation methods and results is verified,the cold roll-beating experiment is carried out on the lathe using the designed spindle,the rationality of design scheme and the correctness of design analysis is verified through cold roll-beating experiment based on different material specimens.
