At present,small-scale spraying enterprises mostly use manual or field bus to carry out spraying operations,but the collection of environmental parameter in the workshop and remote control technology needs to be improved.In order to monitor the production environment more effectively and realize the remote control of spraying,this paper designs a painting monitoring system based on Android,which can remotely monitor the several important environmental parameters during the spraying process,at the same time the staff can remotely control spraying with APP,so that can improve the quality of product.The system adopts STM32F407IGT6 as the gateway of the main control chip.The wireless sensor network composed of ZigBee nodes is responsible for collecting those data which include real-time washing temperature of hot water,dryness and humidity in the workshop and the pressure in drying room,then sending the datum to gateway through the ZigBee coordinator.The Wi-Fi module accesses the Internet through the access router,and uses the HTTP request method to send the collected data to the remote cloud server periodically,and simultaneously obtains the control instruction of the upper computer.The command is translated to the spray controller by Ethernet communication,and the controller generates a PWM signal to drive the motor.The upper part adopts Android Studio to develop Android APP.After the client APP communicates with the server through Retrofit+OkHttp,the staff can register and log in,select the device to monitor and refresh real-time data,query the historical data line graph.The part which controls the motor will send the command to the cloud server through the button monitoring mode and the @GET("sendCommand")method.Finally,the system is tested.The results show that the system can implement the presupposed function stably and efficiently.Taking advantages of the Android platform,the system can remotely monitor the environmental parameters of the workshop and control the spraying operation.
