| As a new Internet technology,cloud computing has brought great convenience to people’s daily life.It is the Internet technology that refers to the unified and effective combination of microcomputer,software,hardware,network,platform services and other resources in the wide area network or local area network,and which realizes the hosting and sharing of data.The cloud computing is applied in a new field,monitoring system,in this paper.This system is a remote monitoring system for mining equipment developed based on cloud computing.Under the wireless communication layer formed by Ethernet network,CAN bus and zigbee,the monitoring system is built with a variety of sensors,master control,cloud server.The monitoring system adopts the form of cloud computing/server architecture,and USES the core algorithm of AES data encryption to improve data concealment and security,which greatly strengthens the application of security engineering and maintains the accuracy of system data at the same time.Firstly,based on TCP/IP protocol,this remote monitoring system realizes two-way communication and multi-channel communication with monitoring nodes,and supports online adjustment and optimization of data while obtaining sensor data,so as to achieve the purpose of continuous monitoring.At the same time,it supports TCP point-to-point data transmission and broadcast data transmission,greatly expanding the application form of users.Zigbee wireless communication form is adopted in the monitoring system,which also increases the convenience of external data transmission.Secondly,by setting up thread pool,the real-time acquisition and display of sensor data on to the user’s customer port in an asynchronous communication mode can completely achieve the synchronization between monitoring and sensor data.In particular,it provides comprehensive monitoring support for matrix type data that was widely used in cloud computing.Besides,application software of different platforms has been developed.The upper computer terminal software that is the main control system,the encryption software that is the cloud application,and the mobile APP software that is the mobile terminal application would to form a comprehensive monitoring system.The real-time monitoring platform of multiple dimensions and nodes makes the system more perfect and stable.Lastly,the experiment based on the dynamic simulation on Ali cloud platform and local platform,in which the common DC motor in mining equipment facilities as an example was studied and the speed sensor and current,voltage,temperature were used as the monitoring data and simulated data in the form of monitoring system software,proved the feasibility and applicability of the proposed cloud monitoring system.This study promotes and perfects the application of monitoring system combined with cloud computing in real life mining equipment. |
