Study On The Artistic Characteristics And Design Application Of Suzhou Colored-lantern

Suzhou colored-lantern has a long history,is the accumulation of Chinese millennium culture,but also the leader of traditional lighting in our country.In 2008,it was officially included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage list extension project by the State Council.The existing visible objects are imitations of traditional Suzhou lanterns by inheritors and innovates in combination with modern science and technology and materials.This paper attempts to cut into the artistic features of Suzhou colored-lantern,systematically study and analyze the features of its shape,structure,material and technology,and find out the ideas and methods suitable for modern design,and then put it into modern politics.Works adapted to the development of modern society are designed in the background of economy and social culture.First of all,First of all,through consulting the ancient documents and interviews to sort out the historical development of Suzhou colored-lantern,elaborate its origin,development history and the status quo of inheritance,and classify it.Secondly,the article studies the artistic characteristics of Suzhou colored-lantern,including the evolution of modeling,the characteristics of classification and proportion setting,the characteristics of internal and external structure,the expression techniques of patterns and aesthetic characteristics.By comparing the characteristics of ancient and modern materials and making steps of handicraft,this paper summarizes the artistic characteristics of Suzhou colored-lantern art in modeling,structure,pattern and craft.Thirdly,the design and application of Suzhou lantern color art is studied,and the Su lantern art is analyzed separately.Based on the application of modern lighting,cultural and creative products and household appliances,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the design and application of Su-lantern art,and then makes the practical application scheme.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the innovation and development of Suzhou colored-lantern.This article combs the Suzhou lantern art to the design and application of Suzhou lantern,then advances to the production level of the design scheme,takes the artistic characteristics of Suzhou lantern as the main line,combines the Suzhou lantern art with the modern lighting design,and designs a new type of work which can be applied to the development of modern society.While inheriting Su-lantern culture,it can better integrate into the life of modern people,seek a broader development space for intangible cultural heritage,and realize the contemporary value of traditional non-heritage.
