With the development of shipping industry,the crew is growing,and the problems faced by crew management are more and more.The way and method of crew management are gradually changing.The main work of crew management has changed from looking for qualified crew to managing crew.How to improve the efficiency of crew management has become the core issue.Seafarer managers can freed themselves from daily affairs and manage seafarers efficiently.It has become a magic weapon for shipping enterprises to win in the increasingly fierce market competition.It is also the fundamental guarantee and power source for the sustainable growth and stable development of shipping enterprises.Under this background,a new seafarer management mode emerges for seafarers outsourcing management.As a new type of seafarer management mode,the theoretical and practical research of seafarer outsourcing management is not perfect,which has resulted in many shipping enterprises failing to achieve the desired results after the practical application of seafarer outsourcing management.Due to the lack of theory,many factors in practice have a negative impact on the operation process of seafarer outsourcing management.For this reason,the main purpose of this paper is to solve the above problems in the management of seafarer outsourcing in shipping enterprises,and to conduct in-depth study on the theoretical methods of seafarer outsourcing.In this paper,through the relevant theory of seafarer outsourcing management,the internal and external causes of seafarer outsourcing management are systematically analyzed.Several outsourcing management modes adopted by shipping enterprises are compared and analyzed.Theseafarer outsourcing management model is obtained by quantitative analysis methods such as cost-benefit analysis and sustainable competitive advantage analysis.Based on the seafarer outsourcing management model,the selection model of seafarer outsourcing management is constructed by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The model evaluates the contribution of seafarer management outsourcing to enterprise core strategy from four levels of management,technology,strategy and economy,and chooses the appropriate seafarer outsourcing management mode according to the contribution degree.On the choice of third-party dispatching companies,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to build the evaluation model of third-party dispatching companies,and combines the actual case to analyze.In the end of this paper,the possible risks of seafarer outsourcing management are analyzed,and the strategies and suggestions of A Gas Company to implement seafarer outsourcing management are given through questionnaire survey and related theories.Seafarer management outsourcing is an immature area in the strategy of shipping companies.It integrates domestic and foreign factors.Practical application and maturity of management mode need to go through a long process of practice.It is also a country.The process of dynamic adjustment and structural optimization of enterprises and markets.With the development of seafarer management outsourcing theory.With the development of research and practice,more and more shipping enterprises will use this management model to integrate their external specialties.By using resources,personnel workers in shipping enterprises can devote themselves to strategic enterprise management,so as to enhance the management height and core competitiveness of shipping enterprises.
