With the rapid development of the industrial economy,China's air pollution is becoming increasingly serious.As a major population and agricultural province and a developing province in the central region,Henan Province is at an important stage of accelerating industrialization.It is a key area where air pollution problems occur frequently.Volatile organic compounds?VOCS?are important precursors of common air pollutants PM2.5 and ozone?O3?.And their emissions are large and the composition is complex,which makes it difficult to control.The comprehensive evaluation of VOCScontrol technology can provide a reference for enterprises and government departments to choose relevant technologies.However,there is currently a lack of research in this area.Based on this,the purpose of this study is to analyze the VOCS governance technology of typical industries in Henan Province.And it is aimed at cost-effective analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the applied technology.The research status of VOCS governance technology at home and abroad has been analyzed.The principles,scope of application,advantages and disadvantages and research progress of VOCS single and combined terminal governance technology have been mainly analyzed.The results show that VOCS single-end treatment technology has some shortcomings such as small treatment range,low purification rate,and secondary pollution.On the basis of maintaining the advantages of a single treatment technology,combined end treatment technology can improve the purification rate of exhaust gas and less secondary pollution,and has good development prospects.The influence of factors such as the imported VOCS exhaust gas concentration,exhaust gas flow rate,purification efficiency,region and other factors are comprehensively considered.The cost-benefit analysis model of VOCS governance technology is constructed.The model is mainly divided into three parts:investment cost,operating cost and economic benefit;related cost accounting methods are proposed for quantitative analysis of VOCS governance technology.Based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,Yaahp software is used to establish a comprehensive evaluation of VOCS governance technology at four levels of technology,economy,environment and management and15 sub-indicators including process complexity,technology applicability,and technology maturity System,and is used for comprehensive analysis of VOCSgovernance technology.Through literature search and on-site investigation,the typical industries of VOCSexhaust emissions in Henan Province were identified as chemical,packaging and printing and furniture manufacturing industries.The exhaust emission profiles and discharge nodes of these three typical industries are analyzed.The main VOCS terminal treatment technologies applied in Henan Province are nine technologies including adsorption,direct combustion and regenerative combustion.According to the calculation of the cost-benefit analysis model,when the VOCS exhaust gas flow rate is3000 m3/h,the initial investment of a single set of direct combustion technology equipment is 760,000 yuan,and the operating cost is 362,200 yuan.And the overall economic benefit of direct combustion technology is better.Based on the calculation results of the cost-benefit of the governance technology,Yaahp software is used to build a comprehensive evaluation system.Among them,the weights of the environmental indicators in the first-level indicators and the environmental impact indicators in the second-level indicators are greater,which has a greater impact on the scoring results.The calculation results show that the comprehensive score of the adsorption-catalytic combustion technology is higher,and the comprehensive benefit is better.The sensitivity analysis shows that as the weight of environmental indicators increases,the comprehensive benefits of adsorption-catalytic combustion technology increase,and it has good application prospects.
