The spinneret plate is an essential part in chemical fiber production,and its surface cleaning lays a vital influence on the quality of the product.At present,using scraper to clean spinneret plate is majorly made by workers,which causes problems like unstable cleaning effect and strong labor intensity,etc.Therefore,there is an urgent need for automated blade technology research and device design.This paper focuses on the key technology research,device design and experimental research around the spinneret blade automation.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,through research and analysis,summarize the main technical parameters of the research on the automatic blade technology of the spinneret,and carry out the analysis of the key technology of the automatic blade,complete the overall design,analysis and design of the blade actuator,semi-automatic shovel The design of the board device.1.Three revolving blades whose material is brass H62 are set in each group in order to clean the spinneret plate from 360°.A spring adjusting device is used to make the blades keep abutting the spinneret plate surface so as to insure that the plate is well cleaned.Elastic buffering mechanism is made to provide an adjustable scraping force to make sure that the blades are in the right place and the spinneret plate are not damaged during the cleaning process.2.The blade tooling process is simulated by Adams software to determine the spring stiffness k1,k2;the natural frequency of the blade assembly is analyzed by ANSYS software to prevent resonance and damage the applied scraping force.3.Complete the design of the automatic blade control system to realize the motion control of the blade device.4.According to process requirement of eliminating coke deposition,the design of Silicone oil spraying system is finished to realize the automatic ration distribution,following the principle of one blade accompanied with one oil sprayer.Secondly,the physical production of the semi-automatic blade device is completed,including the blade execution component,the positioning component,the mechanical system of the moving mechanism,and the hardware and software design of the motion control and data acquisition system.Thirdly,take advantage of the completed physical test platform to launch the scraper experiment considering the two important technological parameters,scraping force and angle,as its main research objects.1.In order to make the experimental condition more closer to the operating condition in reality,the polyester material similar to spinning chips is adopted to simulate the coke deposition in a molten state,and metal ceramics heater is used to heat the spinneret plate so as to stimulate the plate in thermal state.2.It is found that in the scraper experiments in which involve the spinneret plates in thermal state with distinct distribution of the coke deposition effective cleaning occurs in all conditions,which verifies feasibility of the scraper device introduced in the paper.3.Through the comparison among the experimental effects of different scraping forces acted on the plate,it is clear that within certain range the greater the scraping force is,the better the scraping effect shows,which facilitates better plate cleaning.4.In the circumstance of a constant scraping force,it is discovered that the scraping force under various angles presents the same trend — vibrating around the minimum scraping force and gradually approaching the minimum with the increment of time.Fourthly,The above research on semi-automatic shovel devices provides guidance for subsequent research.Conceive the application of developed scraper device into the production line of the scraper robot to realize the complete automation.
