The scraper conveyor is the key equipment in fully mechanized mining face,as well as the middle groove is an significant part of the scraper conveyor as well as the most vulnerable part.During the working process of scraper conveyor,because of the complexity of the environment as well as the awful working conditions,the middle trough will bear the weight of scraper chain,coal,gangue as well as so on,resulting in serious wear as well as tear.Therefore,it is necessary to study the wear behavior of the middle groove as well as compare the wear behavior of different medium plate materials.In the previous selection of plate materials,people rely on experience to select plate,which is subjective as well as may not be practical as it is not suitable for the local coal mine environment;moreover,there are numerous kinds of plate materials,as well as the selection factors are complex,therefore experience alone can not scientifically evaluate the comprehensive effect of various plates.Therefore,it is necessary to explore a new method for the selection of plate materials.In this paper,the wear behavior of mid-plate in mid-trough will be studied by wear test,as well as the application of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process in the selection of mid-plate material in mid-trough will be introduced.It will provide reference for selecting the most suitable mid-plate material of scraper conveyor in different coal mines,as well as finally realize the online selection ofFirstly,a test scheme is designed to simulate the actual working conditions as well as environment of scraper conveyor.The test machine,test materials as well as two-body three-body test scheme are introduced.The influence of rotational speed as well as pressure on the wear resistance of mid-plate materials in the middle groove was revealed by two-body test,as well as the wear resistance of mid-plate materials in different working conditions was compared.The influence of coal type,water content as well as gangue content on the mid-plate material of middle trough was studied by three-body test.The relative wear resistance of mid-plate material of different mid-trough was explored.At the same time,the test conditions were distinguished according to the actual wear condition of mid-trough sample.The common working conditions in coal mine environment are divided into three cases: giant wear,moderate wear as well as tiny wear through the wear degree of mid-plate materials in the middle trough,as well as the wear mechanism is compared in three cases.Secondly,by comparing different material selection methods for the middle trough of scraper conveyor,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is finally used for selection.By establishing the evaluation system of medium plate materials as well as using the fuzzy consistency matrix,the comprehensive properties of different medium plate materials are compared,as well as the most suitable medium plate materials are selected for coal mines under the wear conditions of giant,moderate as well as tiny medium plates mentioned in the experiment.Finally,the online selection of mid-plate material in the middle trough of scraper conveyor is completed with ASP.NET platform.According to different coal seams in different coal mines,the selection of mid-plate in different working conditions is displayed through web pages,which saves time as well as increases work efficiency as well as accuracy.The reasonableness of material selection for middle trough plate of scraper conveyor is improved.
